The floors were absolutely filthy. Upon taking my shoes off at entry, I felt dirt and grit on the bottom of my feet. So much that the bottom of my feet were black. I wanted to take a shower to clean up, but there were dead bugs in the shower. The wall ac unit did not work. All it did was circulate the hot air already in the room. The microwave was filthy and disgusting and actually looked it caught fire at some point. There were rust colored hand prints all over the walls and doorways. The door to the room would not close completely and only locked with the door handle. The rug on the bathroom floor was wet and had red stains all over it. There was such a language barrier that when I brought up all of my concerns, the lady at the counter just smiled and nodded at me and said "thank you". I am a single mother traveling with my special needs daughter and felt completely unsafe with no help or recourse.

The room was nasty

It was cheap I guess This was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in. The sheets had little rocks in them so clearly they were never washed. There were dead bugs on the walls. The toilet didn't flush and the bathtub made a gurgling sound all night long. The man who greeted me wasn't wearing shoes or socks and didn't really speak to me just gestured. I was so tired from driving and needed to lay down but I couldn't stay here for more than four hours cause I was so grossed out and uncomfortable.

Better stay than I expected for a reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money.

The room was clean and comfortable. The massage therapist wanted more than to massage my back. I knew i had to ask her to leave……but I didn’t. My back felt much better though.

Sheet was stained Towels dingy ready for the barrel No cold water at all, difficult to brush teeth with HOT water. Difficult to rinse mouth, unable to take a sip of water Toilet paper roller fell off wall with first use

We arrived and the parking lot and walk ways were filled with old box springs, carpet, dressers and more! A deplorable dump...across the street at the Days Inn or Comfort Inn is where it is at beautiful big clean rooms with smoking options!

I did not stay at this hotel. I pulled into the driveway and was so repulsed by what I saw that I left and canceled my reservation The property was filthy and run down and did not look safe.

No breakfast with purchase of room The sheets had human hair on them, it wasn't the cleanest, and the pillows were way too flat. But the bed otherwise was comfortable.

Pet friendly yes, only $15 per pet. The heat is almost non existent, I slept in my clothes and was still freezing. Price was right overall but won’t be staying there again.

The heat in the rooms is all on top at the top of room not at the bottom so it can raise up. Plus it did not work was blowing cold heat. Should have got them up at 3:00 am and told them it not working. We we frozen so we just left and got earm up in the van. Will not be back at that hotel.

Very kind and respectful people. It wasn’t the holiday inn but we were escorted to our room. The price was affordable especially with our dog included. Fast, exceptional service! Will definitely go back.

The room is on the ground floor, immediately next to the offiice. The curtains do not close. The dead bolt does not work. There is no heat. The microwave has no place to plug in. It's just there on the counter. Gray towels. Water damaged floor panels. One thin blanket. I put on all my sweat shirts and sweat pants to sleep. I froze. In the morning, the steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm.
