Rooms were nice and big and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast had a nice variety. The beds were a little soft to my liking, but that’s just my opinion.

The only complaint I had was that could not get in to one of the side doors with card. Would not work so had to walk thru front and my room was by the entrance I was trying to get thru. Tough for an older person to walk that much

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Only down side was the hot tub wasn't working and the paint on the floor around the pool and hot tub was flaking off and ending up in the pool and hot tub and stuck to your feet. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but was good.

Big spacious rooms for a family of 5. We needed a crib and it was ready in the room when we arrived. Beds were comfy. Only gripe was cleanliness, there were several hair wads on the tile floor and little fuzz bunnies on the carpet. Some spatter of something on the wall that looked like it could have been scrubbed off. Things were a little dusty in the bathroom.

I have never had a bad experience with this hotel! The only thing I can think of that would need improvement, is that I had issues with the key working... It took several attempts.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety between cold cereal, warm food and you could make your own waffles!
