The gentleman checking us in told us there was nothing in Brillion. He sent us to a room on the second floor that was not ready. The beds were very uncomfortable aThe breakfast was awful/ orange water for juice.

A little more attention to people waiting at front desk would've been nice. Our bed was SUPER hard and felt like metal bar around the edge of it. Guess I'm just accustomed to my bed but never felt a bed like that before and we have traveled MANY times.

Manager was kind to us. We missed one night because we were stranded in Charlotte. He was kind enough to let us add an extra night during a busy time Nothing

Was close to my job so didn’t have to go far Nothin

Location was about 30 mins from our jobsite and an easy commute. Room had all necessities. Staff was very nice. Overall, way overpriced for what you get in a very small town outside the main city. $200 a night for a room that shouldn't have been more than $100 a night. Bed was o.k. but certainly not luxury, and same for the room. No elevator to the 2nd floor, and breakfast was a hard pass day one after reviewing it. For the accommodations this hotel should be half of what they charge for being as far out of the city as they are. We definitely overpaid.

Staff is very kind. Clean place. Even though I had to be up very early they made sure there were some simple choices I could bring along with me to work.

The gal checking us in could have been more welcoming. The cleaning staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Hot chocolate and coffee machine was excellent. Loved the fruit and oatmeal, yogurt and pastries. A foam topper on the mattress would help

It’s a lovely, small, quiet inn. Although no restaurant, they will make a frozen pizza for you. They also have beer and wine available. Their breakfast room is sunny and cozy. They also carry Seattle’s Best Coffee which I love. I was only there one night, but it was a restful night.
