Great place

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The property was clean modern they amenities were really nice. I only wish they had an outdoor pool. The access to the Doubletree was a great addition the time our restaurant and bar the food and drinks were superb the home to sweet room we stayed in was clean up-to-date and very functional. I was definitely Return if I’m ever in the area again one downside was the bed and the pillows I think farmer pillows would help for Much better sleep. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the gym, but I could tell it would’ve been great. I must say everything was just clean smell good, and the staff was extremely pleasant..

Everything was great

My mom and I had a wonderful stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and ver clean, I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was clean, well maintained, had a good breakfast and the staff was friendly! Plus we were traveling with are small dog and they were a dog friendly hotel, which was nice!

Visited with my Mom's group, a total of 24 guests in all, for our weekend in Bristol and Lake Compounce. Not one single complaint! The rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. Amazing staff! Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day in addition to their complimentary breakfast which has plenty of variety. The hotel amenities and lobby/lounge area are well-kept, and there is plenty of free parking! We'll definitely be returning!

Breakfast was good. Though can use a little more variety but was good and hot. Very clean and great staff! Everyone was helpful, respectful and kind. Whatever was needed the staff was quick to deliver and supply every need. Truly a great experience!

First, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. Second, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and later realized that housekeeping would not return unless I specifically requested room service. I didn't discover this until after the second day. It would have been helpful if this policy had been explained at check-in. Finally, access to the parking garage requires you to be a Hilton Honors member. If you are not a member, you will not be able to use the garage. Fortunately, Hilton Honors is free to join. Once I signed up, I was able to access the parking garage without any issues. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and my overall stay was pleasant. I hope this review helps future guests know what to expect and saves them time by preventing a few unexpected surprises.

It was very clean, and the staff were very professional

This stay has been one of the best experienceeeewqs in a hotel recently. All of the staff that I interacted wit⁸h from check in to the resturant staff have extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and I love the included under hotel garage to park, and the elevator brings you right to your fIoor never having to trudge though the lobby with all of your belongings. Tho rooms are very large , clean, and practical for an extended stay. I would definitely stay again.

Suites were a great size for our 4 night stay. Hotel is only 2 years old. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.

The pool is next door at the double tree. Not a far walk, but not in the same building.

Great location, great price. I am a regular. I was disappointed that this time around our Refrigerator wasn't working. I mentioned it to the staff but they seemed bothered. But normally I have no complaints or negative feedback from this location.

Love how new this hotel is, the rooms are so nice, loved the aesthetic and space.
