Offsite parking was not ideal, and will probably be a deal breaker for a future stay. The weather was cold and rainy so to have to walk down a few parking lots to get to my car was not pleasurable. Elevator was really slow. Would have liked coffee maker in the room.

I was not made aware of any breakfast. Location was nice. The rooms had a nice set up. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice large room, super clean, quiet and great location. Front desk woman unfriendly and not very helpful. Kitchenette was great but not a glass, plate, fork or pot in it. Asked if we could get two wine glasses at the front desk and was told simply NO.

Room was really nice. Large room, nice bathroom and great shower. Beds very comfortable. The location is great. Bristol is beautiful. I felt the price was a bit high for a hotel that has no amenities. Got charged when I checked in for a deposit and a resort fee. Not sure why you have to pay a resort fee when there are no amenities. Small gym, no pool, etc. You have to park in a public lot down the block.

We were visiting the local college for accepted students day. The hotel is beautiful and right on the water. There are a dozen restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff was lovely- very helpful.
