Room was very close to freeway and with older walls/windows, it was VERY loud. Window shades appeared mis-installed resulting in being unable to lower blackout shades. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was helpful. Parking is problematic, with a small lot and very narrow spaces.

I like the pancakes. They were delicious. The pillows were too firm for me. Bath tub could have been cleaner.

Roads are small, but clean. The area is OK not too bad price not bad but staff 100% excellent very friendly and helpful people parking lot kind of small but overall I would stay here again.

Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.

Conveniently located to our destination. Very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The parking area is very small and it is almost impossible to get out of the parking space when the lot is nearly full.

However, I wanted to mention that I experienced an issue with the hot water during the evening. It took a significant amount of time for the water to warm up while showering. But again I was impressed and would probably stay again when visiting NYC.
