Love the location. The room was beautiful, the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The elevators should be maintained better and the luggage caddy was broken.

Disgusting. I had to leave and find another hotel

Felt safe in the area and the price was a really good deal for 3 nights! We arrived about an hour before check-in but they allowed us to check-in early. Our room was okay in cleanliness but should have been thoroughly cleaned. There were a few dirt spots on the floor and food crumbs in a chair. I usually carry antibacterial wipes with me so I used them to clean up the little spots I saw here and there. The floor definitely needed dusting. Otherwise the beds were clean and had clean linens. One of our door locks was half broken? It needed to be screwed back into place. The room was still secure but they definitely have to replace it soon. The free breakfast can go quick so show up early (starts at 7) but had decent and plenty of options! I would stay again.

Asked to be relocated and was told my conditions weren’t work being relocated for :)

I hate leaving a review like this and usually never do, but I was disappointed in this stay for the amount of money we paid. Our room probably hadn’t been touched in months. The initial light when u walk in along with 2 other outlets were not working. Fine, I can live with lamps and windows whatever. The showers were AWFUL with stains everywhere, including stains on the towels and shower rugs. We had to go to Walmart to get Clorox wipes to wipe them down. Our one toilet would not flush the whole stay. Both sinks were BROKEN and crooked. Carpet was not vacuumed, curtains had rips in them. Our ice bucket had dust on the top, like a thick layer. Both TVs did not connect to cable or work at all. The sofa was disgusting with ripped pillows. And then my friend had a tic crawl onto her mid sleep. I can understand wear and tear on walls, floor, etc. but it was genuinely not clean. I also understand being short staffed but they should have known about a big event coming to town and had been better prepared. We stayed in town for the BTS show, will never stay again. And on top of that after we got back from the second concert our room key also quit working. Staff was nice but that’s all I can really say. Did not feel safe using the breakfast vouchers for damn sure 😂 also heard other people were missing shower curtains. Yes I get what I paid for, but also paid probably double the price bc of BTS being in town. 3 stars my ass 💀

When I first arrived to the hotel the staff was not that welcoming, then I went to my room and the bathroom was dirty. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and a used bar of soap in the shower, when I went to tell the receptionist she had an attitude and there was no housekeeping so I told her to just give me a spray or something so I could clean the toilet myself. There was also small ants in the room. Other than that the stay was ok I only stuck it out bc I was in town for BTS.

Everything was fine, only the air was bad.

The room wasn’t great. There wasn’t hand soap, just the little body and face bar soap. One of the AC units wasn’t working - it made a very loud click or bang sound. One side of the charging stations that sits under the lamp wasn’t working, there was an orange stain on one of the small hand towels (i suspect from the dryer) & bathrooms looked old and rusty, i kinda got the ick. I know i couldn’t request another room because the front desk lady had already been telling people there were no more rooms available and i’m pretty sure they gave me a room that they had told someone 3 people ahead of me they would switch for her because she complained something about it. I wouldn’t come back here - sorry.

Plenty of parking, room was clean, AC worked well. Not a luxury hotel but worked for a few nights to go to a concert. Probably wouldn’t stay there again but it did its job.

The airport shuttle was timely. Receptionist was lovely. Appreciated the location relative to car rental and airport. Our door didnt close properly. A bit dirty. Looks like they’re going through renovations. It was a bit spooky.

The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special. The waffles stuck and there were not a lot of options. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The beds were not comfortable at all and had a dip in the middle. The rooms were outdated and need to be renovated. Definitely expected more for the cost.

The staff were nice but the room was not the greatest. When we got to our room we turned on then lights and all the electricity in our room went out. Also the latch on the door was broken and we got locked out of our room. Also, they ran out of clean towels.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and it took many calle for anybody at the front desk to answer so it could be fixed, which it never was. I had to wash my hands in the shower. Breakfast was horrible. All in all a terrible experience.
