As for the room, there was a loud clunking noise occurring periodically from perhaps the air conditioner or a water hammer in the piping, we couldn’t determine exactly. As for cleanliness, typical finds of previous guest hair in bathroom and the bathroom sliding door needed a good scrub as a frequent touch point. Given this experience I would not recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms common areas are clean and tidy. Pool was closed for maintenance.

I stayed 2 nights and was charged double the cost. I’ve yet to get in touch with management.

However when I used DoorDash after coming back to the room and seeing that I didn't have the option to have my food delivered to my room door was disappointing. I asked DoorDash and they said it was the hotel's policy (front desk only). I will never use another Hampton Inn again because of this policy.

Best stay in the city of Brooklyn park. STAY AWAY from the cheap hotels in Brooklyn Center on Freeway Blvd. Spend your money on Hampton by Hilton or Home2 suites across the street. It’s worth your money, your time, and it will save any inconvenience that comes your way staying at those other dirty hotels. Staff is good here, always breakfast and good breakfast too! Clean spacious rooms, good for a weekend getaway or a place to stay. Definitely 10/10. Get your moneys worth and you’ll be happy staying at this hotel.
