The room was clean, plenty of room, colorful and modern. Staff were excellent; courteous, prompt, and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety; oatmeal, waffles, western omelettes, red skinned fried potatoes, eggs, sausages, sausage and gravy with biscuits, scones, fruit, milk, chocolate milk etc.

breakfast food was fine and the coffee was good. the breakfast room was SO COLD! It was cold outside and yet the air conditioning was on all the time. why?? the phone in our room didn't work...we reported it the first day but it was never fixed. half of the charging ports in the room were non-functional the shampoo bottle in the shower was totally empty this was all reported to the front desk and nothing was ever done

The breakfast server man was very rude...he told us he'd make the empty coffee when he had time. He was sweeping up a back kitchen area. It was at 7:15am which is prime time for coffee.
