Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, great location! Minor stuff - Could use an update for the pillows to be softer and the lobby music was little loud when trying to work from that area, but really excellent experience. Will stay again!

I received two receipts for the same night Aug 6 -Aug 7 in two separate locations and I tried going through Expedia to tell them I’ll be checking in on Aug 14 - Aug 15 and I could only be in one spot at a time and I paid $12.44 for travel protection plan and should have been able to correct this problem I mean isn’t that what the protection plan is for? Expedia told me it’s up to the hotel to decide what to do and someone would contact me shortly, so I barely slept last night and it’s been more than 13 hours and I haven’t heard from anyone! I’ve been staying at Fairfield Broomall location for years without any issues and I’m still not booked for my trip on Aug 14-Aug 15 and I honestly can’t believe I was charged twice for separate locations on the same night! This is not fair and I don’t know what to do? It’s fraud that’s what it is!!

Room and building very clean and inviting. Clean and decent breakfast.

The staff was welcoming from the time my sister and I checked in. Our flight arrived early, and check in isn’t till 4 pm. We got to the hotel before 3 pm that afternoon, but the gentleman at the front desk still checked us in. I forgot his name. He mentioned he has a pilot friend who frequents Guam, when I mentioned that my sister and I were from American Samoa— a US territory south of Hawaii. I really admired the location of the hotel, plopped up on a hill that oversees the traffic in that area. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to his part of Philadelphia, and would definitely stay here again.

Our quick date night getaway was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the place was in great condition and cleaned.

Pleasant, quiet, clean

so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife to check in for a room i had booked for her, she had to wait tired at the front desk after a 5 hour drive while this all played out. ridiculous. otherwise the stay was fine.

Comfortable clean

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and well maintained. I asked for and received an early checkin because we had a wedding to attend that afternoon. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff.

We stayed two nights. It was convenient to get to. And the rooms were very quiet. It was very clean. The staff was friendly at reception and the coffee and included breakfast was a satisfying and a good way to get on the road. The public areas and dining space were clean and bright. And who can complain when there was a waffle machine! :). They also had healthy stuff including easy to peel oranges, bananas, yoghurt and oatmeal.
