Pleasant, quiet, clean

so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife to check in for a room i had booked for her, she had to wait tired at the front desk after a 5 hour drive while this all played out. ridiculous. otherwise the stay was fine.

Comfortable clean

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and well maintained. I asked for and received an early checkin because we had a wedding to attend that afternoon. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff.

We stayed two nights. It was convenient to get to. And the rooms were very quiet. It was very clean. The staff was friendly at reception and the coffee and included breakfast was a satisfying and a good way to get on the road. The public areas and dining space were clean and bright. And who can complain when there was a waffle machine! :). They also had healthy stuff including easy to peel oranges, bananas, yoghurt and oatmeal.

We were at a 50th college reunion and spent two nights. It was wonderful. Nice welcome when we arrived and staff always asking if we needed anything. Very pleasant stay.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Very nice property. Comfy rooms. Nice bed. Great shower. Clean fitness room. We’d certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Pool was fun for the kids with a patio area outside too. We had a great stay .

Room was clean, staff was excellent. The young man with room service crew, told me in the hallway, if I need anything to let him know. The food was excellent.

The breakfast was excellently varied and certainly surpassed my expectations. The eggs and sausage were fresh. The bread products--muffins, bagels and bread-- were fresh, and the cereal selection were varied. I did not sample everything, of course, but everything looked good. They even had waffle irons! Everything was fine.

Hotel was nice and clean and didn't have that funny smell like some do once in your room. Bed was comfortable after long day of driving it was easy to fall right to sleep. Staff was friendly and majority were eager to help. Easily accessible from interstate, grocery store and gas station right up the road.

Very clean and spacious, good continental breakfast spread.

Bathroom tub/shower needs more secure footing.
