Bad. Unclean. I met another guest who was trying to leave the hotel.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. On the flip side both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed. This is not specified on website prior to arrival. Everything from the outside maintenance to the room maintenance needs more attention.
-
The only good was the room. Staff was friendly and did give extra towels.
-
Best experience. Very clean and staff really helpful.
-
Only 1 elevator was operational. Neither one of the pools, which were advertised were non operational along with sauna. The ice machine on the 6th floor didn't work. Did not try the restaurant or bar area.

The front desk staff were amazing
-
Very old property and musty smell in room.
-
The pool was not in service. Indoor or outdoor. The food was okay, not the greatest and there are no other options that you can walk to.

The outside landscaping of the property looks like it hasn’t been touched in years. Weeds growing up, shrubs overgrown, etc. it’s a shame because the building itself is attractive. It does not give a good first impression. The first room they put us in had a patio door to the outside that could not be secured because the bar was broken. Also we could hear every noise from the hallway. The door and walls didn’t seem to be insulated. We checked with Will at the front desk and he moved us to an upgraded room farther down the hall. Will was great and we appreciated his customer service. The second room, actually a suite, was definitely better and quieter. The only negative was the lighting. There is no overhead lighting and the rooms were dark, especially the bathroom area where the only light was a small ring around the mirror. Putting on makeup was difficult. The bed was comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked nice. The public bathrooms near the conference area were very clean and elegant looking.

I picked this hotel for the hot tub and pool use. Never able to use it, the chemicals were off so they had to shut them down. Unfortunately this seems to be something i found twice with Marriott in Milwaukee area. We found fingernail clipping on the couch and shorter ones in the bathroom. No other rooms available, after driving 6 hours we decided to stay. Called the front desk, staff was AMAZING, very helpful, super nice. They came up with all new bedding for the pull out. They apologized for how we found it. The AC unit was very loud so that made it hard to sleep, however we did end up in a hearing impaired room. Dim lighting in the room. We stayed for 4 night, incidental fee was 549. YIKES!!! They refunded 200 of it within 24 hours. Maybe we got a bad room. I probably wouldn't stay at this one again but mainly because it was 35 minutes away from the area I need to be at everyday.

My room had bed bugs. Both pools and hot tub weren't available.
-
Cleanliness was subpar. The outdoor pool was not open yet. The indoor pool was filthy.
-
Out stay was the best stay ever. The food at the bar was so tasty and the front desk employee were so helpful.

Every about this place was great I didnt like that I had to leave so soon. Also the timing of the booking and the timing if the hotel that eas a bit different for me

Will was at the front desk and he was just exceptional. Very friendly. The pool area opened a little late. We would have gone down but my husband said it didn't open until 9.
-
Check-in: “Will” is phenomenal- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Bar staff- not friendly or engaging.
-
It was nice enjoy the hot tub
-
Had a wonderful time, staff was very helpful, and the property was easy to find

This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me between the wall. Accidents happen but it hurt pretty bad. The woman at checkout was very kind! Pros and cons for things but overall we were satisfied.
