Americas Best Value Inn Brownsville

Rooms were okay and clean the sofa chair in the room had a tear on the arm rest. The fridge was a good size but was a little smelly. Bring a heavy blanket if you need one all that is provided is a thin comforter and sheet. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The free breakfast was a few packaged muffins, cereal and some coffee. The water pressure was terrible.

Building needs paint. Needs new towels and new bedspreads. And it would be nice. Housekeeping was very helpful and sweet

Everything was good. It was in a good location. It was clean. No people hanging around.

Great location staff was professional

For breakfast there was only coffee and cereal. And my kids where eating a honey bun as we where leaving the lobby and the man that was in the front office told them that they could not take the honey bun and I could not take the coffee because they needed to eat it there. It not like they where taking them to eat later they where eating them and I was drinking my coffee we had to go. They should not treat there paying customers like that.

Brakefast was disappointing, only cereal. No pancakes no egg no sausage it was disappointing for what was payed. Brakefast menu. When we got to our rooms a/c didnt work till we had to call it in. Called front desk with the phone in the room dialed 0 as instructed and no one answered had to call from my personal phone using googles number

Reasonable price. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good location.

It was really good, actually enjoyed my stay. The only thing is that expedia advertise breakfast and they didnt offer breakfast. Other than that, it was very clean and calm

The location of the hotel seems safe, with a few nearby restaurants within a few minutes walk, so it was convenient to get a good meal at an affordable price. The room was on the first floor, and being able to park the car just outside the room was another plus. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price. However, the continental breakfast was bare minimum and very disappointing, basically just cereal, milk, bread, a few apples, some kind of fruit punch and orange water.

Even tho staff was nice. I rate this a 1 star. I disliked my stay, couldn’t wait till the night was over to leave. I had asked for a non smoking room and it smell like smoke as soon as I walked into room. Bedsheets were dirty. Seemed like someone was in that room before we arrived. Did not enjoy my stay at all!
