I paid 56 bucks for the room so I kinda didn't expect that to be an amazing I prayed for decent at least

The concierge canceled my booking and instructed me to contact Hotels.com for my refund. Since then, the hotel has disputed my cancellation, claiming I stayed the night and checked out the next morning, which is patently false. Hotel O Colonial, along with Oyo, have been unhelpful and dishonest, and I'm writing this review to warn others about their deceptive business practices.

Location. Resterants. It's a little messy upstairs but where my room was was uncluttered.

No air conditioning, broken windows, dirty room and smells bad from door, to stairway. Carpet torned. Could not even checked in. Had to go pay for another hotel. This place should never be considered livable. I request for my full refund because i could not stay there even for a night.

The staff No parking, no ac, no lamps, has roaches, and is just generally uncomfortable to stay at.

Staff was friendly Everything else was bad mold in shower, AC turned on and had mildew smell, bed blanket had playdough or something on it, bathroom had German roaches. Parking is not free for a hotel downtown and still have to pay Parking it is not worth it

Absolutely nothing The absolute worst place I've stayed in ever. This place needs to be taken out of service and the building needs to be demolished. The whole place is filthy and smelly including the rooms. People smoking indoors in the hallway. Room infested by bedbugs. It was like staying in an unmaintained 200 years old place. The bed seemed to be 100 years old and the bedding had cigarettes holes despite being a non-smoking one. There was an attempted car burglary that was prevented by the car's camera based alarm system. Not worth staying here even if you're paid a $1000 a night.

The AC was not very good… rundown motel

Location. Shower didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Restroom was filthy.

Air conditioning had mold, tub was dirty, the joining doors to the rooms were broken so there was access to my room. I did not stay there

The place looked like a DIRTY 1920 house of ill repute. I can’t believe you even have this place on your list. As soon as I saw the room, I walked out. You should as a decent business gesture refund my money.
