Very big and comfortable appartament. No bteakfast even if you want to pay for it.

The mattress sunk in the middle so bad that we were crushed together and my wife couldn’t even sleep in the bed. I’m still upset with the fact they didn’t mention there was no elevator in our unit. 24 steps up for two 70 year old people is not something I would recommend to anyone.

the room was clean and comfortable Extremely slow service at the front desk. There were only two people ahead of us in line, yet the front desk employee clearly did not know how to use the computer or the hotel’s internal system. They made numerous mistakes spelling our first and last names and entering our address, even though we provided a valid ID. The level of incompetence was astonishing. We have never encountered anything like this at any hotel. The fire alarm went off because of steam from the bathroom. The staff were aware that this happens periodically, which means the problem has apparently been left unresolved for a long time.
