Comfort Suites Brunswick Town Center

Great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

For the price, this place should be a lot cleaner and nicer. My floor in my room wasn’t vacuumed when I checked in. I was there for 4 nights and it was only cleaned once. Room was also dusty. My shades broke and I told the staff and they were never fixed. The breakfast could’ve had more options. I’m not saying it needs to be immaculate but it could definitely use some upgrades

Bri at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful.

Overall the stay was fine - BUT - there was an outside door that was never locked in the 3 days that we were there. I brought the matter to the attention of the lady at the desk on the first day and I later saw her fiddling with the door but for the next 2 days it still remained unlocked. This was a stairwell/hallway outside door leading to the parking lot. Didn't feel safe since anyone could have had access to the building.

There was screaming all night long. people running up and down the hallway. Called down to front desk twice. with no response. Iv'e stayed here several times. Every time we called was like i was bothering them. Stayed on the 3rd floor.

We had a great time in the pool. The outdoor patio is spacious and open to view the beautiful lake across the street. So many places to shop and eat within walking distance makes this unique hotel my favorite weekend getaway spot to spend quality time with my family. The most wonderful staff. Honestly great job ❤️

Convenient to highway, gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants Dark, plain, old, stale smelling, below basic breakfast

Staff was nice, parking was great, beds were terrible.

location is great, by a lovely park, etc. It’s the staff and the attention to detail that make it special. Every single employee is nice and eager to help. In the lobby. there are coloring pictures and crayons for the kids. There is a cute photo backdrop in winter. It’s homey and welcoming with the kind of employee pride that has become rare. Go and enjoy it.

It was a really nice hotel and the staff was really kind, especially to my young son. The AC didn’t work that great in my room and it was so humid! But other than that it was a nice spot and I probably would stay again

Absolutely fabulous from check in to breakfast and clean

The AC unit in our room (305) didn't work right. Had it set to the lowest setting and it barely ran at all.

Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating to my late arrival and late check out.
