We keep choosing this Hotel for so many reasons! The incredible smell when you walk in the door, it just melts away the stress of travel. Then there is the super kind and professional staff. The cleanliness of the entire place, and smell keep you at peace! The beds, you melt into them, they are soft yet firm not to hurt you. We truly enjoy our stays and will keep coming back!

Loved this hotel. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights. The restaurant and room service was great. The pool was really nice but I would have loved to have lounge bed cushions. The don’t have any so I had to grab some from an outdoor chair so I could lay out by the pool. My back could not stand the hard wooden lounge bed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I also appreciated the EV chargers in the parking lot. I would book this again.

We were attending Texas A&M graduation, so this was in the perfect location with great amenities. Food was great, good bar. Would stay there again if I was going back to College Station

Wanted extra fee for each of 2 rooms because we were checking in at 315, before 4pm check in time. Settled for half the fee.

Housekeeping did not clean the room the next day. A/C was not working properly…did not keep the room cool at all times. Did not use the pool. Parking was safe.

Upon check in I was assigned a handicap accessible room despite not needing one. Was not informed or asked if it was acceptable. Bathroom had no countertop, only a pedestal sink, making shaving, dressing etc inconvenient. The room rate was very overpriced. Will not return.

The staff was incredible with many milk requests from my kids, being at the pool the minute it opened, everyone was always nice and greeted you with a smile. One of the elevators was broken down, so it took a little longer than normal, but that's life. Things happen.
