Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryant - Benton Area by IHG

Very clean room’ hallways were in the middle of upgrades which did not bother us.

We chose not to eat breakfast, but it looked pretty good if we had. Staff was fine but not fabulous.

Extremely disappointed, especially since this Holiday Inn has been our regular stopping point between Texas and Chicago. On 9/23, the date of our reservation, we got a flat tire while traveling with my 97-year-old disabled veteran father-in-law and were stranded for nearly seven hours. I called the hotel at 3:42 PM, explained our situation, and was assured our reservation would be moved to the next day. I was NEVER told to contact Expedia. On 9/24, I learned the reservation was never changed. I was told to call Expedia to see if they could change the reservation. Expedia offered to move it with hotel approval, but GM Lynn refused, claiming we were a “no call/no show.” We absolutely were not I called the hotel on the day of our reservation and followed the instructions I was given. Had I been told to call Expedia, I would have. We should not be charged for the hotel’s miscommunication. After being loyal returning guests, the lack of compassion and accountability is deeply disappointing.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed was pool could use some maintenance or updates. Water was clean but bottom could use looking after seems maybe just old.

Great hotel! Off the highway enough where noise isnt an issue. Extremely well lit parking lot, the area feels very safe. After some car trouble and being stuck in the middle of nowhere for 7 hours in the middle of the night, Andrea (hope I got that right) was awesome. She made check in a breeze and was alot of help with me having to stay an extra day. Recently remodeled building with good beds and friendly staff. Im from West Texas and everyone ive dealt with in Bryant/Benton has been so friendly and helpful. Ill definitely keep this place in mind for future travels.

I have stayed here countless times. The location is excellent to the highway, restaurants, and commerce. The parking is well lit and feels safe. This time the staff was courteous and professional. The deal breaker is that the a/c unit in the room produces so much humidity. My clothes and hair were damp from being in there. It is bizarre. It was way more humid in my room than outside, even on the days it rained. The a/c behaves like a swamp cooler and a humidifier. My other major complaint is that they use an excessive amount of highly fragranced deodorizer on the carpet. I had reactions to it.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Can walk to several restaurants which makes it easy. Off the highway enough that it was very quiet. Rooms were spacious and even though it was 100 degrees outside I was able to make the room cold like I like it.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Just to help make it Better, please put a new mattress on the bed by the window in 410. The mattress is way broke down. You sink in a big whole. My body hurts from it.

The staff was wonderful and everything was clean. My room had a very stale and funky smell to it. Other than that, it was a good stay. Breakfast was good
