This is an older and well used property. The first room they put us into had no WIFI. The AC unit was very noisy and blows directly onto the person laying in the bed. Lighting in the room was minimal. Restaurant was very good.

The rug was old and stained. I wore socks. The lighting was limited to a bedside lamp with a 15 watt bulb, a hanging lamp and two recessed cans over the table and TV. A little dim. Airconditioner was noisy and had only one fan setting that worked. We were a little warm. Huge new lobby with snacks and souvenirs. Apparently you could have a room with breakfast but we were unaware. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. They need new rugs and some lighting over the bed but all in all ok for the closeness to Bryce

Cute little rustic lobby with helpful books about the area, coffee/tea, and kind staff. Didn’t use it but the pool and hot tub looked nice and refreshing. Retro room keys! Basic motel room but with essentials covered (fridge, microwave, table & chairs). Older but clean. The on-site restaurant was very good and so convenient. Very close to Bryce but in a very quiet and peaceful place! Excellent value.

Hotel location is very convenient for visitors to Bryce Canyon. The restaurant is one of the best in the area, offering great food and excellent service. It’s a convenient dining option for both hotel guests and anyone visiting Bryce Canyon.

The room was clean although small. The size didn't matter since we were there to sleep and regroup between National Park visits. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out were easy. The restaurant next door was convenient and pleasant. We ate there twice and enjoyed both meals. Parking was right in front of the door. The location is very convenient to Bryce Canyon. It is a relatively remote area overall, so don't expect a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, or recreation. It is there for the Canyon. The Dixie National Forest along Scenic Byway 12 were well worth the drive we took to a small grocery store in Panguitch.

The place was mediocre. Breakfast was less than mediocre.

Good place for Bryce

Staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Check in/out were smooth and quick. Room was a bit dated, but clean. The pool and restaurant were nice options. Being close to Bryce Canyon National Park was great and the main reason we chose to stay at The Pines. The price was extremely reasonable, much less than those in Bryce Canyon City. Overall, a positive experience.

This hotel is just a bit dated. Needs some updating and new furnishings. Overall it is still clean and a good value. Owners need to update the flooring and bathrooms, since they'll be going up against the new hotel that is about to open just a little ways away. The one highlight of our trip was the restaurant! Now the staff at the restaurant were outstanding and we enjoyed every meal (breakfast & dinner) immensely. If you are not overly picky about your accommodations, then I would recommend this place.

Fantastic location to dark ranger sky tours. A few minutes from Bryce National Park. Restaurant onsite had great meals.

We had a pet friendly room in older section of hotel. It was very small but my main complaint was with the bathroom - it was tiny, the toilet seat was broken and the shower alternated between very hot water and very cold water. Restaurant was great and location was excellent.
-
very uncomfortable desk chair where I sit to plan my next day, and it was so massive it was hard to move

Easy check in sweet staff and easy check out. Traveling on a motorcycle, and able to park in front of our room, which we love. Yummy restaurant on site, definitely a plus!!! Would for sure stay again.

The Beds are old and extremely uncomfortable, the carpet is Filthy Dirty and heavily Stained. On the Bright side, the Restaurant is excellent ! Very good food , exceptional Staff and fantastic pie !
