Great hotel and can be even better after remodeling and repairs what are going on at the moment.

Generous breakfast, available coffee included in the stay. Pool was very helpful and moderately clean. The property needs better maintenance- hall carpets are a mess and halls smell like cigarettes. Priced fair for what it was.

A few cosmetic things- a rip in the curtains, some mildew by the shower caulking, the fridge wobbled when you opened and closed it. Otherwise, property was clean enough. Housekeeping threw away the bag my boyfriend’s suit is kept in, which was annoying and inconvenient. The breakfast was great! Bed was comfy, pillows were nice. Staff was incredibly courteous and kind, especially the female manager (whose name I didn’t get) was superb.

Keep doing a better clean up job.

The hotel is going through some renovations, so a lot of materials laying around. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Unfortunately our room was two doors down from a hospitality room for a group of outdoorspeople. Also, we were located directly in front of the elevators. The attendees from the group were loud in elevator area and hallway in front of our room on both nights till past midnight and mornings at 5:30 and 6 am, which made it difficult to sleep. Hotel should not book guests who are not part of a visiting group in the vicinity of a hospitality room. Guests also were inconsiderate with slamming doors late in the evening and early in the morning. Hotel should advise guests to be considerate during certain hours.

My room was very clean. I was pleased by the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast isn’t free but paying for it is worth the cost. The staff were helpful and friendly. They greeted me with a smile. My only complaint was the noise from the mini fridge in my room one night. It was buzzing, making it hard to sleep. Other than that, I thank the staff for a great stay.

Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!

There are many good local restaurants a few minutes’ drive away. Staff was very friendly.

Did not do breakfast. Very comfy mattress. Location was very quiet. Located in industrial zone. Easy to get to. We were satisfied with out stay.

Thin walls- you could hear everything in the next room and outside the room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety of options. There was an odd odor in the hallway one of the nights we were staying, but it was not in our room and did not affect our overall quality of stay.

It was fine. Fee for my sister’s tiny dog was high. The rooms were okay.

I am not understanding how other people can give this hotel an excellence rating. There was a smell in the hallway like sewer. The toilet was broken. You couldn't flush the toilet without taking the top off and flushing by hand. The shower had weak water pressure. They gave us a handicapped excesable room that we didnt ask for. I guess because we were old. He felt we needed a handicapped room. The only thing I have to say good about this place is, the breakfast was good. I will not be going back here again.

Breakfast had tasty selection of different foods to chose from. Staff was friendly, polite and took care of us immediately as we entered. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly. The mattress offered an inadequate level of comfort, and the pillows were of substandard quality. The bed frame exhibited damage. The decor appeared outdated and had not been updated.
