Very friendly staff! welcoming and very through with directions and instructions Pretty disappointed in the overall appearance. Been going here for years but time has not been kind. Very dated and in need of update and a good cleaning

It was clean. They held our reservation till we got there at 4:15 AM. They were very accommodating. Parking wasn’t the best. Shower hard to use.

I stayed at this property based on other reviews and it's rating of good. This was terrible. It appeared as tough the toilet had not been cleaned. I had booked the room for two people but they only provided us with one bathroom towel. People were partying on the balcony in front of our room. Fortunately that ended before we were ready to go to sleep. The air conditioner did not work that well. It was really cold for awhile and then you would be really hot and sweaty. Unfortunately, that made for a very terrible nights sleep. I would not go back to this hotel.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. If you have a port a crib it will fit with no issue. Fridge and microwave were clean. A table for 2 and a computer chair. Staff was friendly and great coffee.

The room was filthy. The girl in the room next to us was sitting outside cooking heroin as we walked by. People were sleeping in the grass across from where the car was parked in the middle of the day

But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. I think the motel should ban smoking all together outside the rooms and designate areas away from the building. If you don't mind the smoking and the smell then it a budget friendly choice.

Staff was very pleasant. Location was fine for visiting Penn Dixie Fossil Park. The bathroom could use a refresh.
