Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs and sausage available.

Front desk was incredibly nice. Everything was clean enough. Could use some freshening up. No bugs tho. Sheets were washed, but you could tell they couldn't get every stain out. Either way, it's been washed, everyone was friendly, it was a peaceful night and a comfy bed. I would stay again.

Staff was no where to be found. I waited and waited to check in. Property was in need of repair. A good paint job would help. On a high note, breakfast was good.

Clean and efficient, breakfast was under par

Great place to stay the night. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room entry gate had too much

Good value

Price was very good especially for including breakfast.
-
Coffee and juice bar Handicap room wasn’t even truly accessible

Room was clean, staff were super friendly, and while breakfast was limited it was included. For the price, it was perfect for our family and we would highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful. The refrigerator was way too small for our cooler food and the freezer in the small fridge was way too small for my freezer packs. The staff did put my cooler packs in their freezer and I picked them up the next day.

WIFI can be improved. Missing a laundry room
-
The carpet is not a plus. Vinyl plank flooring would improve this facility greatly. But we eould stay here again.

The room had the smallest toilet that I've ever had in a motel.

So many people dont know how to park between the lines lol. Not the hotels fault

Great staff. Cleaning person was awesome. Young ladies ar front desk were great. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Waffles were good but it's powdered eggs fir scrambled...yuck. Powdered eggs for scrambled eggs. Parking was a bit of a mess with huge 5th wheel pickups & people parking where parking wasnt allowed. Buffalo needs a coffee place!

The room rate was reasonable This property had pretty good reviews on Booking.com. However our experience here was not good. The place is kinda run down as was our room. Due to hot weather we had to run the AC almost constantly and it put out a foul smell. The small refrigerator would not keep our food items cold, so had to move things to a cooler. Upholstery on chair, carpeting, and side of bed mattress were stained.

Older Motel, but big clean rooms. Conveniently located close to the freeway. Great for 1 night while traveling.

The price was OK, not inexpensive but not expensive either. For my purposes, the location was good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. It was a typical hotel quick breakfast (scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage patties, waffle makes, cereal, juice, coffee, etc.). The eggs were obviously powdered, instant egg mix, and the sausage was not good at all (flavor). The prepared food was cold (and we ate as soon as it opened at 6:30 AM) The room was a bit dated, and maintenance seemed to be done quick and easy (caulking in bathroom, painting, etc..

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Room was meh. Shower has great water pressure, but built for short people.
