Convenient location great coffee never made it up for breakfast but that was one reason why we chose it and overall quiet and comfortable beds

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and both the bedroom and bathroom were large compared to most of the hotels we have stayed at. It was a good experience.

The Breakfast isn’t what it used to be. The hotel was very clean. There are many restaurants in the area. The mall of Georgia isn’t too far away.

This hotel is the perfect location, I was truly amazed by how close things were, food, bank, gas, ect... the room was very clean hotel breakfast was very satisfying. I love the fact that there's free fresh brwed coffee in the lobby, the staff was very friendly and informative about the area.

We didn't have high expectations, but this was actually a nice place to stay for the price.

Can you add plain Greek yogurt to the breakfast.

This concern was brought to the gentleman working at the front desk. I was told, “There are not any vending machines on the 2nd & 3rd floors because of the little snack market offered to the left of the front desk on the main floor.” I was also disappointed by the response because, as a guest, we would expect front-desk staff to be familiar with the amenities available at the property, including the locations of vending machines, snacks, beverages, and ice. Instead, we were offered the suggestion of walking across the street to the Shell gas station to purchase what I needed. We were informed that breakfast was served each day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, on Monday, we went downstairs at approximately 9:40 AM to get some juice and was surprised to find that breakfast had already ended. The young lady at the front desk was asked if breakfast was over, and her response was, “I’m sorry, breakfast was over at 9:30.” The concerns are, Accurate information, communication, and guest service. Clear signage should match the actual amenities available. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback & hope this information helps improve the experience for future guests

Our stay was great, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Beware of having to pay $150 deposit that's held for 5days.did not no this before arrival.

Everything was good. Nice and clean but bathroom in my room had loose tiles and a few cracked that needed replacing. Sharp edges.
