We stayed in a villa. Beautiful view. Nice space. 100% of the staff was amazing. The buffet breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had. Our room had a fireplace and balcony, making it very accommodating and very comfortable to just hang around. We rented a golf cart to cruise the island and to get back-and-forth between the villa and the main hotel. We also rented a pontoon boat to drive around on the lake. Great time. Can’t wait to go back.

Communication regarding the closed restaurants, the venues such as several bars, the water park and Sidney’s for dinner. Would have been good to let us know these places would not be available for our enjoyment.

We went during off season. It was amazing. Enjoyed the golf carts, pool, waterpark, and local deer. Highly recommend.

Everything in this resort was wonderful. The breakfast was great except for it could have been a little hotter.

nice size suite and view room drink and snack were way overpriced we didnt get our room until 5:30PM after arrive at 3:45PM

My wife was about to step out of the shower when a LARGE bug that appeared to be a roach was crawling on the floor in front of the shower. Needless to say she yelled out in fear.

the connectors were all old and had nowhere to plug a type c end charger for our phones it was the only thing we didn’t like

The pool was fun! They had a dj and it was lively. The restaurant had great food too. We rented a golf cart and drove it down to margaritaville on the property and had a pool day. So much to do on the resort.

Another thing to note is that this resort is really kid and family friendly! I'd say around 90% of the guests are families with kids. If that's not quite your scene, you might want to consider planning your stay somewhere else :)

We enjoyed staying at the Lodge and hanging out at the pool. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful. My only complaint was dining in Bullfrogs Bar & Grille. The service was horrible and the food was mediocre at best.

Clean, comfortable rooms - horrible view. Short on valet and bellhop staff at check-in. Room was not ready at 4pm check-in. Restaurant / bars were sub-par

Breakfast was amazing, the views are great as well. Game Changer not worth the drive and Margaritaville is not well maintained with trash all over.
