Lanier Islands Resort

The pool with Lake in the background won me over and in cooler weather, the fire pit would be enchanting. I had a great time swimming. We didn’t get to Margaritaville but it looks like a great entertainment spot. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and clean and comfortable. A small outdoor porch faced green space with lake beyond.

Our stay at Lake Lanier Islands Resort was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers incredible views of the lake that made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the entire resort had a peaceful, upscale atmosphere. There was no shortage of things to do, from enjoying the lake and walking the grounds to dining on-site and taking in the scenery. Every interaction we had exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in creating a memorable guest experience. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or simply a place to recharge, I highly recommend Lake Lanier Islands Resort. We left already looking forward to our next visit. Five stars all the way!

room was updated and bed was comfortable. Nice balcony with lake view and firepits overlooking lake. Pool was crowded and no chairs available when I checked in at 3 until at least 7:30 that night. Resort needs more quiet areas near the lake to relax .

Just okay. Nothing special

We love staying at Lanier Islands Resort!! We’ve been going for ten+ years, the pool is large, clean and refreshing. Bull frogs Resturant & Bar has a nice selection of food items, with options to dine inside/outside or pool side. It’s a great place to relax with friends or enjoy our grandchildren too! Highly recommend as the rooms are clean, cozy with views of the lake. While staying at the resort there are activities throughout the resort area including golfing, boating, huge waterpark and gaming rooms.

The room was comfy and clean. The balcony had a little view of the lake. The facilities were really nice and the bar and bartenders were great as well. The AC had to work really hard to make it comfortable. The breakfast buffet seemed great, but it was pretty lacking considering the increase in price to have it included. Eggs dry, meats cold, and somehow the hashbrowns were so dry they sucked all the moisture out of my mouth.

I stayed in the resort for 2 days in June '26 and everything was great!

The house at Lake Lanier Islands was dated, rustic, and not very clean. For the price, I had higher expectations of this Lake House.

We really enjoyed the heated pool as well as the view of the lake from our balcony. Maybe having more information at check in concerning on the rental of the cabana's and golf carts. You could also, put that information in the room so it is available once checked in and settled.

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was marvelous. Everything about this place was nice fancy and customer service was great. Can’t wait to go again.!!!
