Lanier Islands Resort

The only negative at this resort was there was no beach to go to on the lake except at Margaritville which we didn't want to go to because it is all slides witha beach and 60.00 each to go to.

So much to do on property or near by. Great spot for a family vacation.

El restaurante para cenar -la host- malhumorada y poco atenta. Fue incómodo, no respondió “buenas noches, hola”. Tanto que aventó los menús en la mesa. Pero la mesera asignada fue muy atenta. Si aplicaron el 10% de descuento para el golf. Para el parque acuático no tienes ningún beneficio. Las canchas de pádel no tienen luz por la noche. La habitación, luce -old-. Poco actualizada y el sofá extra es incómodo. Tienen un aroma a humedad. Costo beneficio, lo volveríamos a pensar.

The pool wasn’t 24 hours

Lanier Island is beautiful. The Legacy Lodge is okay, we wouldn't go back. The toilet in our room took 5-6 flushes to clear even liquid waste. We notified the Cleaner, but it was not fixed. The floor in our room was seeping water right next to the bed. I asked the Cleaner if she could please mop it, thinking she missed it. I watched her mop it as we waited to leave and when we came back it was wet again. That's when I realized it was coming up from under the flooring. The next morning it was quite wet. The property over all needs refurbishing. The "patio" área off the room leaves a lot to be desired. Very pricy for the accommodations. Also, the shuttle driver seemed put out and not friendly. The wait staff at Bullfrog was excellent and very friendly!

We loved the lodge! It was a great getaway! We never made it off the waitlist for a golf cart! However, the staff made arrangements for us to get around!!

On arrival the room sink was stopped up and it was not any trash bag in the room. On the second day that resort lost power but the resort manager Gloria was amazing and tried her best to accommodate me.

Great location, room was clean.There was activities to do on site. Location was lovely and well maintained.we had bbq for dinner and it was really good.Staff was nice and helpful. The Deer roaming on the property was an added bonus. The wifi was not able to be found in our room so we were unable to connect to or even see the wifi.for breakfast I had a omelet which tasted plain. I was expecting better for the price. Housekeeping or some other employee needs to ensure appliances are working and plugged in.

People like the breakfast. I thought it was no different than a smaller chain hotel continental breakfast. I would not go here for the breakfast. Nice and quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff.

This turned out to. Be a wonderful weekend get away but so close to Atlanta. The staff were the best. Beautiful properties and surroundings. Clean and great pool.

The pool with Lake in the background won me over and in cooler weather, the fire pit would be enchanting. I had a great time swimming. We didn’t get to Margaritaville but it looks like a great entertainment spot. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and clean and comfortable. A small outdoor porch faced green space with lake beyond.
