Quality Inn Bulls Gap

Smells, gross, definitely a 2 star

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, Quality Inn pillows are the best! Decent hot breakfast. Well stocked and managed. Very good value for the price. Helpful staff. She got us a room near the lobby so us elders did not have far to walk. (Note this hotel has an unusual layout and some rooms are a llooonnngg way from the front desk, the elevator, breakfast.) The QI brand is our choice for budget hotels, much more consistently clean and well-run than any other budget line we have tried.

Room definitely needed some fixing. The door was stuck. There was water damage on the ceiling and walls

Not very clean. Worn carpet, sink drained slowly, toilet didnt flush very well. Lights in bathroom and hallway went out and the woman at the front desk had to reset the breaker. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

Allowed pets and location. Room was needing bad repair. Two sections of the ceiling were falling down, mildew by the curtains and on pictures as well as the bathroom. The pillows were extra small and when we asked if we could get two more they said they do not have extra pillows.

Roaches, bed bugs, terrible

The lobby and rooms smelled bad. The carpet and furniture were stained.

Absolutely nothing. Out of the three rooms I saw all three were nasty with stains and mold. The manager was not available at all and still hasn’t reached back out to me after two days.

The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.

Good basic breakfast. Eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles. Clean sheets Shower Rod was broken and couldn’t close curtain. Multiple patches on walls, mold on ceiling in bathroom. Fridge had food from last guest in it still.

Day staff was friendly, evening staff a little brusk. AC was fine. Room was in desperate need of a remodel. Furniture was broken, damaged and not clean, the refrigerator never got cold and always had water sitting in it like a leak or something The sheets and towels were clean and we appreciated that. The toilet was so low you practically fall onto it they need a safety bar to help get up and down. The whole room was dingy and stained carpet and tub . I would not stay there again. The business center is a storage room and the gym was dirty and had a broken AC unit sitting in the middle.

Staff at desk very friendly and helpful. some black mold in handcap shower, sinkk drain ing took about 5 min. bed comfortable.

Booked online before arrival, when we got there there were no vacancies. We had to sleep in our vehicle.

It was a 1st floor room felt like a dingy basement. The toilet wouldnt flush there was a brown recluse in the shower and the room was just nasty. Never stay here again. I booked 3 nights we stayed 1 then went to a hampton. When i asked for a refund on the 2 unused nights they said i have to get that refund from expedia

Everything was good from the staff to the room and the breakfast.. checkout wasnt even too bad
