The pillows are old and awful. The place isn’t clean. The first room I was in the TV didn’t work so I asked to be changed.

Pool, rooms, breakfast. Only elevators or stairs are at the farthest ends of the hallways and there are 3 floors

Convenient location and great staff. Housekeeping did a great job of taking care of me. Rooms could use some updating but overall were ok

Not much. The floors were dirty. The toilet ran. Had a suite with 2 tvs only 1 worked.

That was the closest I could find from Mount pleasant. It was close to restaurants and shops 29 miles from where I was driving everyday was a bit much.

Breakfast was disappointing. More options would be nice but I understand would probably create more waste as the property is not always as full as it was over Labor Day weekend. I did have a waffle one morning and it was fine. Breakfast area was kept clean (people can be so careless) and food was kept fresh and plentiful. All staff extremely friendly and courteous. Thanks for everything

Rooms were clean, the lady at desk when we checked in wasn't very friendly and didn't greet us or acknowledge us until she finished texting on her phone which was about 5 to 10min.

Due to extreme weather causing damage to the building, everyone had to evacuate. The staff was professional and helpful, but they were unable to secure rooms for all of us in other hotels. Things would have been fine if the weather had cooperated. Until the evacuation, we were satisfied with the hotel. So my “okay” rating would have been higher under normal circumstances.
