The entry and breakfast area were nice and clean. The employees tried to accommodate us with our issues. We had two adjoining rooms. The rooms were musty and humid, and the air conditioning emitted a stale, damp odor. The furniture and the floor weren't clean in either room. The toilets were very low to the ground and not adequate for an older person. One toilet ran constantly, and the one in the other room needed to be flushed multiple times to clear it. Our overhead light was burnt out, and the adjoining room had a light out in the bathroom. Neither TV worked in one of the rooms, and we had to have staff down to fix them. The hallway had many stains throughout. We came down to breakfast, and all the main hot food was empty or nearly empty. Food did arrive later. The doorknob on the adjoining room was broken. Weeds were growing around the pond and in the flower beds. The outdoor furniture was littered with bird droppings and not clean. I looked for a place to contact someone about our displeasure, and I couldn't find anywhere to do that. I had already paid for the rooms, and better hotels were booked. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at for this price range. I would like to be reimbursed for this experience.

Upon checking in I noticed each night had a different price ranging from $115-$160. When i asked for a breakdown of why each night was a different price I was told "I dont know, we just do it that way." Pool was closed the entire stay (5 days) even though we were told upon check in it would be open the next day. Our first room was on the 3rd floor. Upon getting off the elevator we were met with a horrible strong moldy smell. The room itself also smelled very bad. We requested a different room and moved to the first floor. The second room smelled better but there was hair in the tub and the TV didn't work. When we tried to call the front desk with the room phone we discovered it was only for show as there was no cord plugging the phone into the wall. The games in the game room are all broken. The "fitness center" consists of a broken weight machine and a treadmill that requires a PIN. We asked multiple times/people at the front desk for the PIN but never received it. Breakfast was OK but they run out of food an hour before breakfast actually ends. I heard the property is currently up for sale so it seems there is little to no effort to maintain it. Would not recommend.

No Pool! No Cable for $230 is crazy

TV did not work. Stuck on one channel of local news. I called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it, but no one ever arrived.

I was greeted on checking in by Tishona, not sure of the spelling, but she was super nice, quick and very helpful!

Pool/hot tub were closed. Hotel had a musty odor in the hallways and elevator but rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice hot water and water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but decent selection and hot food was hot.

So basically, it wasn’t a dump. But the hallway was so filthy, they definitely should recarpet and fix things up.

Overall the facility was nice, the room was spacious and the breakfast was great. The carpet floor however was dirty, I made the mistake of walking around barefoot and needed to wash my feet. My daughter wore socks and she had to change them when we left the room.

The breakfast buffet was good. There were a couple of minor things in our room that needed repair. I mentioned them when we checked out, and the staff said someone would get them repaired that day. The pool was out of order, and we had been looking forward to that. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the carpet in the hall looked dirty. The area behind the hotel provided a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine, flowers, and birds. Overall, it was fine for the price.

Comfortable and clean. Shower was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Food was missing or slow. Regular coffee was out. No peanut butter for toast or bagel.
