Easy check in, staff was nice, room was clean, location was great!

We checked in late with the intent of going to bed quickly. It was a musty and hot in the room. After an hour with the a/c on, the room was still at 77°. The curtains were moldy and had holes. There were holes in the door frame where a deadbolt used to be. Also, there were wires sticking out where a smoke detector should have been. I went back downstairs since these were true safety concerns. Again, they wouldn’t change my room. Since I had Ubered to the hotel (and it was late), I was stuck there for the evening. The room had an extension cord where regular outlets should have been. Paint splatter and hair were on the bathroom floor. The pool was green with algae. Heck, they even had the wrong size lids for their coffee cups in the lobby.

They allowed smoking in the room and it wasn’t tobacco

We found multiple bed bugs and roaches during our stay. There was also multiple spots of mold around the bathroom AC vent.

Great service. Quiet area.

Cleanliness Staff wasn’t the best didn’t check in til an hour late and the housemaids had an attitude they were very young

My stay there was horrible. I booked a 2 queen bed suite and was given a king. No to mention it’s me my wife and 3 kids. Talked to the front desk about moving to another room but that never happened. I will never stay there again. They never even tried to accommodate the situation

Got in the room shortly before midnight a/c was off temp @ 82* went to front desk to get bedding for pull out sofa they gave me 2 sheets I asked about blanket they insisted that they had none. Luckily blankets weren’t needed since the room was so hot. When we left at 930 am the room had only reached 74* breakfast items weren’t replaced as they ran out. I expected better for $100/night

The room was pretty love the lay out bathroom large great size also the mattress was comfortable but it does has a slop in it where you an tell people sleep of one side more but design and decor was nice also my family came to visit because I was there visiting them kids enjoyed the pool but it was entirely to much chlorine in it my grandson black shirt turn brown when he got out of it you can smell it coming into the hotel Plus it was extremely cold because it's a indoor pool so it has its ups and downside to it. Breakfast was nice clean from what you can see. I wish there was a sitting area in shade for smokers outside that would be nice. My ROOM WAS NOT TOTALLY CLEAN BUT I didn't want to continue to complain. I also waited till much later for check out and my room didn't have towels. My toilet ? was not clean the housekeeper came but he only wiped it down with the same dirty towel he wipe the residue that was left on the back of the toilet seat where it holds the screws the cap part where the seat connects was very nasty when he wiped it it got clean for a minute once you use the toilet you can tell the area around this part he had not cleaned properly so it continued to just run over the toilet I also took pictures of the before and after of me leaving so they just need to learn how to properly clean the rooms and also to make sure all bed sheets are changed because I really don't think my pillowcases were changed luckily I normally bring my own sheets pillowcases cleaning supplies the phone was dirty so that tells me he probably didn't really wipe down the death properly so it's just little things that become a big thing cuz germs are a big thing and when you're cleaning after people coming in and out you must do a proper thorough cleaning so as far as my bathroom was not clean and the extra chlorine that was in the pool and how cold the water was also not a big deal but the evening gentleman front desk may need to learn how to properly make the cookies because they was extremely hard to a Crisp to where I just trashed them lol.

Clean hotel. Had 2 bedroom queen beds. Received only one face towel, 2 bath towels. Went to the desk to ask for more, the man said “are you sure?” That there wasn’t more towels in the room. It was 3 of us all together. I would think if getting 2 queen beds that towels for 4 people would be ideal. He also said that he had no house keeping to get me more towels but ending up “finding” more towels. Clean hotel but make sure rooms have the appropriate amount of towels for guests

I stayed there a few months back. The state was excellent. I come back again this recent State I do not know the death managers name, but she was outstanding. I give her a A+ plus and I will be staying again with you whenever I’m in that location again. Hotel staff room was excellent

The breakfast was good. The beds were really comfortable. Lack of towels in a drastic way. Bathroom floor was pretty sticky. No tissues.

Staff was excellent so very friendly No complaints

Location Cleanliness was way off

It was just ok on the cleanliness. There was not any bugs, so that was a plus. But I certainly didn’t feel clean just walking around the place.
