Stains on blanket, torn sheets. Restroom was clean and smelled good. The over all room was relaxing.

I paid the full amount through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again upon arrival. The front-desk staff did not seem to understand the reservation or payment details, and communication was very difficult. The issue was handled poorly, and I am disappointed with the service I received.

Room was not clean to standard hotel room cleanliness. There was a left over wash cloth from someone previous under the vanity. The elevator was broken on our morning of departure. We had to lug our luggage down the stairs. The desk chair hydraulic leaked, you adjusted the height and it would bleed off pressure until you were chin height with the desk. The chair in the room was stained beyond belief. The Ice machine on our floor didn't work. In a non smoking hotel, someone was stinking out the floor with reefer! On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Pool was closed for some reason. It looked very cloudy.

While the overall appearance of the property was acceptable, once you entered you realized that all was not well. It's the height of the summer and the pool is UNACCESSIBLE. The lighting in the room is unsatisfactory, because the light is broken in the sitting area. I LOVED the size of the room, (2 queens AND a sofa bed), but couldn't appreciate it in it's entirety, because of the faulty lighting. The staff are amazing; they can only work with what's available. The breakfast is great; you're gonna get full!! A leak in the bathroom, and I'm still waiting for my $100 deposit to go back to my card. Hey, it is what it is.

Falsely advertised crib availability. No sheets or comforter for the pullout bed, tiles broken and missing in the bathroom, stains all over the furniture, bed was caving in, front desk staff was rude twice (two different people), pool was out of order. I actually felt bad letting my children stay here. Breakfast was ok.

My stay was 3out of 5 due to I received a dirty room first told clerk he fix the problem due short staff communication on which rooms was ready.FYI my check in was @ 3pm also the elever

The rooms were clean...my kids and I enjoyed the pool... breakfast was great

The ac was barely blowing . The room was small and smelled and there was a roach in my shower the first morning I was there

Staff was nice && helpful with positive attitudes..,, Wifi was horrible..,, TV wouldnt work and didnt have many channels..,, Apps wouldnt work on the tv..,, Overall sleep stay was great!!!

Understaffed. Staff could not answer questions/provide assistance. Maintenance unavailable. Broken elevator. Subpar/not refreshed breakfast. Just bad. Dissappointing after an excellent stay at the Raddison Country in Albany, NY.

I stay in hotels several times a month. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Country Inn & Suites brand. I encountered two front desk associates at check-in and at check-out. They were both extremely rude, not even close to pleasant, made me feel like an inconvenience both times, had a scowl on their face, and were totally transactional. Nothing to greet the customer or mention breakfast or other amenities such as Wifi. They also charged a $100 deposit when the large sign on the check-in counter clearly stated the maximum deposit was $75. I questioned that and was told that the sign must be outdated. That, on top of everything else, didn't instill much confidence in me. The room was icky: used toilet paper rolls, missing linens electrical wiring dangling from the wall. Stay away!

The whole place was nice and clean! The staff was polite and very welcoming.

The room was clean but we didn't have but one washcloth and the regular towels.

No towels in room and they had no clean ones to give except hand towels I was not happy I had stayed several times before with no issues but seems to be going downhill

**Indoor Pool is not heated . COLD for kids to swim in. Room A/C units hit or miss. Breakfast Buffet was good though. However; ran out of certain food items before closing of breakfast room .

It was 10/10. Definitely coming here again. There is a $100 security fee though

First impression of our room was it smelt like mildew and urine. The free wifi did not work and our remote to our TV did not work. We was able to get that looked into until the next day when we were to check out. We had 4 guess with us and there was only 1 town in the room. When we asked for more they said they only could find 2 towels and 2 rags for us. The microwave in our room was rusted out in the inside. We found a bobbie pen and hair bow in our room. The hallways smelt like cannabis and the indoor pool was awful. The chlorine in the pool was so strong you could probably get high of or the smell. Would not stay again and would not recommend.
