The staff was friendly, room and lobby very clean. Bed very comfortable. Large room. Juice machine broken the entire week. Had to request the breakfast items to be replenished on several occasions which was done promptly

Extremely nice staff We reported that we had no running water in our room and our toilet wouldn’t flush. When we came back from a concert late at night, we had a notice on our door saying there was a boil advisory and that we shouldn’t use the ice machines, but I had already used the ice machine before we realized we had no water. So I feel uneasy that I might have been exposed. Also, there was no water at all at breakfast. I understand the reason, but I think the hotel could have provided some bottled water for the guests as a courtesy.

Location to where I grew up In Jewett, Ohio The way to use the vending with a CC. Or a way to get some case in the building, Of course if I new ahead Would have planed better.

The location was great. I will plan on staying there again as I am passing through on my motorcycle. The desk clerk was very welcoming. There were barely any choices for breakfast. Then on top of that the juice machine was broke.

Easy to find, very clean, great rate, friendly staff. The cups for the coffee in the room need to be individually wrapped up for health reasons.

the price of the room was very good.The staff treats you very well.We had a problem with our room key and the staff fixed very quickly. well to be honest i wish they would have had a little bit more for breakfest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Not much of a breakfast selection. No hot items. Cheerios under the couch.

The staff is accommodating and very helpful. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and stores. I felt safe.

There was also hair in the bathroom (not ours) and some elements of the room in disrepair. The bedding was also not very comfortable.

Gentleman who checked me in was awesome (late night check in), very accommodating more than i would have thought. Room was in generally great condition, just a nit-pick here and there if anything. I was pretty satisfied, if anything wish the soda machine took epayment or had more of a selection. Wish there was some hot breakfast options or a little more in the cold breakfast.

The staff attending to bkfst was cleaning g up early and we were still there 20 min before bkfst was supposed to end.
