i stayed there for 3 nights during the rodeo. i was a bit disappointed when i saw my bathroom toilet paper holder half falling off the wall. Not much care or pride in the fact that they are a top rated hotel.

Everything was great except the breakfast workers kept trying to close up early!!
-
They were not accommodating at all. Booked a couple rooms and had wrong town. Called within five minutes and they wouldn’t refund any of what I paid. Customer service was horrible.
-
Great breakfast selection. Room outdated and not rated properly, expecting a newer property.

Check in was fast and simple. Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was great and accessible for my husband, who is in a wheelchair. We were also right by the pool and weight room, which was nice! Breakfast is good, with a great variety! We stay at this property every time we come to Caldwell, because it is a good price and a nice! Thank you so much!

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly, pool area was very nice and breakfast variety was great.

The location and the staff were wonderful. The motel was very clean and quiet, but the A/C unit in our room was not functioning properly. We informed the front desk and they suggested turning it off (which we told them we had already done). We left it and it was working for a little while. We informed the desk again, and they were going to send someone up. It was never corrected, and I told the front desk again as we were checking out on Saturday, so they didn't rent the room to anyone who would have been less understanding. They said nobody was available until Monday. It was a good experience otherwise, but the weather was over 100 degrees the 2 days we were there.

This Super 8 is in a perfect location. The parking is great if you’ve got an RV or pulling a trailer, and the staff is great. The bathrooms are pretty nice, and the property is clean and quiet. It’s also ideally located near the freeway and a loves travel stop if you need fuel and food.

Be aware of this property's checkout policy before you book! There is a $35 fee for anything after 11am. No advanced notice or courtesy reminders. In my case, a staff member knocked on our door the at 11:12 AM and told me the policy was non-negotiable, and charged $35 straight to my card. I've reached out to both the property and Best Western corporate to dispute the charge and I'm still waiting to hear back. I think this is a policy specific to this property. I've never come across anything like it. Very weird and off-putting to say the least. We are the kind of people who leave rooms clean and abide by the rules. Why nickel and dime us?

Was clean, breakfast was good, friendly staff, elevator needs maintenance, I would stay there again

Friendly staff able to support needs within my party without a question.

My family was left scrambling at 9:00 pm to find a place to stay. When we asked if there was anyway for a refund, were were rudely told “sorry out of luck” Had a bad experience at a Best Western in Utah last weekend. Will NEVER stay at another Best Western!!!

We had two rooms. One smelled like dogs. One smelled strongly of Febreze. My daughter walked around on the floors without shoes on for a short time and her feet were black afterward. I would have thought they would have mopped with no carpet. The stairwell by the pool stunk so badly. I wanted to switch hotels as soon as I saw the property, but apparently it was a busy weekend in the area and I couldn’t find a room anywhere else.

The extremely unhelpful employee Thomas was absolutely horrible to work with and I would never suggest anyone especially with a family stay here. RUNNNN TO ANOTHER PLACE!!
-
Terribly rude manager and front counter lady. Over charging not giving correct information. Nothing

The main drawback was the dirt walkways across the property, which made luggage difficult to manage and left everything dusty. A paved surface or ground cover would significantly improve both practicality and appearance. The entrance also felt somewhat untidy, with stored items visible and landscaping needing attention. We booked the spa for our family, but it was too small to comfortably accommodate everyone, especially with other guests present. The relaxation area has only two chairs, and the spa shower was out of order, leaving just a small changing room with a shower. Breakfast was excellent\. Dinner was average (around 6/10), while Sunday brunch was very good, though quite expensive at €45 per person. Staff were consistently friendly and professional despite being clearly understaffed\. The wedding held during our stay was well managed and did not disrupt us\. Special thanks to Jeremie at the bar for excellent service, even with limited equipment for the cocktails we requested. The rooms were comfortable and the setting peaceful, with the only disturbance coming from late\-night noise after the wedding. For nearly €2,000 for three rooms over two nights, the value felt limited. With improvements to the walkways, landscaping, spa facilities, and bar resources, the hotel could better match its pricing.
