The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre considering the price of the room. The location is fantastic. Access to rooftop bar/restaurant, which had great views. One thing to note is parking. The hotel description states there is onsite parking but it is very limited, especially during high season where everything is packed. If you can't find parking, you will have to valet.

One of our best hotel stays ever!! Beautiful property, rooftop, lobby bar/restaurant. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Shout out to Hannah for her advice on where to go and what to do!! Check out the View if you go.

What a treat it was to stay at 16 Bay View. The staff was extremely helpful and patient especially concerning parking. The room was elegant and spacious. I especially appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom! We loved the balcony with the view to the harbor. We had a nice meal at the rooftop deck. Spectacular experience!

Location was perfect. Large room with a great balcony view of the harbor and the best shower ever. Parking was a bit confusing.

16 Bay View is a lovely hotel in a great location in Camden. We had a suite on the 3rd floor with fantastic views of the harbour and out to the ocean. The room was very spacious, the bed was enormous and the bathroom was fantastic. The two balconies gave lovely views and was a nice place for a morning coffee. The breakfast was very nice, with a good choice. The View bar restaurant on the roof was exceptional, great views, good beer & cocktails and great food. The downsides: which is why I have only given 4 stars; Parking is a nightmare, limited spaces, which meant I parked on the street one night. I was only informed of valet parking on the last night when I complained. Also, as stated the View Bar on the roof is exceptional but our suite was underneath and it was noisy from chairs and other items being moved etc. And then there was live music one night, which literally sounded like the performer was in our room. Customers on the 3rd floor need to be informed they may be disturbed by the music. Despite these two problems I would recommend and will stay again.

This was a very nice property. The location was fabulous. The rooftop deck bar was great. The buffet breakfast that was included with the room was outstanding. We had a deluxe king and for some reason we had a handicap accessible shower, which could've hosted a small cocktail party. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Although I did self-registration using my iPhone, the check in process seemed to be lengthy upon arrival. Our room was not ready upon arrival and staff agreed to text us when the room was ready so we went to lunch. They did not text us when the room was ready.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooftop restaurant/bar was great. Location was excellent.

We didn’t feel very welcomed. Despite texting as requested that my husband is handicapped (with a CT state hang tag), we did not get good service on our arrival. Also, telling us that because we booked thru a 3rd party, we couldn’t check in until 4pm was off putting. He needed to rest and we arrived in the lobby shortly after 3… kind of a frosty reception, I thought. Our room wasn’t ready, but then within 10 minutes it was! Frankly, the desk staff seemed like they didn’t have their communication quite together. Okay. Interesting…. We decided to go up to the Rooftop for a drink. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary. They did not have that….really?! So we ordered a glass of wine each which we felt was a very meager pour.

The property was well situated in the center of Camden. With excellent parking opportunities and a super helpful staff! The rooftop restaurant was delightful with stunning views of the harbor. I'd happily stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The huge bathtub was our favorite after a long day of hiking and the breakfast was incredible. Will be back!

Great location, right in the middle of everything walking distance. Parking can be tricky with limited tight spaces. Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely helpful with any questions. We’ll definitely stay here again next time through Camden. If you’re up for an adventurous hike, Mt Battie Tower is very challenging with steep cliffs and lots of crawling.

The was charming; great bathroom. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Coffee service in the room is Kuerig -- they should upgrade to Nespresso for better coffee.
