Although I did self-registration using my iPhone, the check in process seemed to be lengthy upon arrival. Our room was not ready upon arrival and staff agreed to text us when the room was ready so we went to lunch. They did not text us when the room was ready.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooftop restaurant/bar was great. Location was excellent.

The property was well situated in the center of Camden. With excellent parking opportunities and a super helpful staff! The rooftop restaurant was delightful with stunning views of the harbor. I'd happily stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The huge bathtub was our favorite after a long day of hiking and the breakfast was incredible. Will be back!

Great location, right in the middle of everything walking distance. Parking can be tricky with limited tight spaces. Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely helpful with any questions. We’ll definitely stay here again next time through Camden. If you’re up for an adventurous hike, Mt Battie Tower is very challenging with steep cliffs and lots of crawling.

The was charming; great bathroom. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Coffee service in the room is Kuerig -- they should upgrade to Nespresso for better coffee.

Location in town was amazing. Right in the heart of the action. Breakfast and roof top bar were wonderful as well!

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Camden. Centrally located with a great rooftop for views of the harbor. The staff was super accommodating and gave us helpful tips of places to see. Highly recommend.

The best aspect of this hotel is the location - it is literally in the heart of Camden. Second best: The general manager. He worked with me directly and with care to address an unfortunate situation. We had a third-floor king room (#35) with a balcony. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant directly above this room, and the floor noise (heavy walking, furniture scraping, rolling carts, etc.) is VERY loud. It is open until 9 p.m. and clean-up takes another 1-2 hours. If you're a night owl, this won't be a problem. But if you're like me and turn in early, it was a huge disruption. After I complained, the manager reached out to me personally (great conversation) and provided us with a discount to compensate. The gesture was appreciated. Note that rooftop facility is being re-evaluated, and the guest rooms are being renovated. I would avoid #35, as the carpet is worn and musty in addition to the noise. Another room might be fine.

Great character and location. Great food and staff. Nothing to speak of per se.

Breakfast was good. Not many amenities since it is a small hotel but staff were wonderful. If you want something cozy and classic and near all the little shops.

The hotel is in a great location. Make sure to NOT book a street view as it is extremely noisy and the post office is right across the street where they load the mail trucks starting at 4:30-5am an the noise is ridiculous. Also very creaky wood floors!!Moved to a water view room and was so much quieter but of course more $$$$. Roof deck was great and had a beautiful view of the harbor

Everything! Great staff, very welcoming and helpful (esp Cody) lovely room, close proximity to bay, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooftop bar (and Ben the server) fantastic place to unwind, have a cocktail, small plates and gaze at the bay. Nothing to complain about

Had the best stay here. So comfortable loved the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
