To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels when I was gone for a few hours or restocked.

My only concern was the lack of safety grab bars in the shower. There was one on the end of the but that was it. Nothing to grab onto toward the middle where you stand. Very unsafe. Especially for elderly people.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that the hotel was romantic, but I would say that it was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and I felt safe. I love the fact that you have to have a card to be able to use the elevator. The alcoholic drinks are pretty good there too. The breakfast could’ve been better. It just kind of tasted a bit bland.

The hotel was great, and the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff and some good food options within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay!

You have everything you need right there. Most likely you will have to use valet parking.

This hotel has almost everything you need including a good restaurant. Our room was nice enough, but the air conditioning was definitely not up to standard. It was feeezing set at 67 when we arrived and became humid and unpleasant if you set the temperature higher. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was ridiculous and collapsed with almost every use. The work out facility was nice, clean and offered options. However, the earbuds provided for use on the Pelaton were not long enough to sit upright on the bike. Also, the seat of the Pelaton was wrecked, unstable and made the workout even more difficult. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant and found the staff friendly.
