A beautiful room and common areas. The bar and restaurant on site had reasonably priced meals and drinks. All staff we dealt with were friendly. Parking was conveniently close. Nothing

The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was exceptionally , we even had a nice view of downtown. Would definitely stay again. I liked everything.

Gym facilities, 12pm checkout, comfortable beds. Cookie on check in. The breakfast coffee staff clearly didn’t want to do their job.

But check if you want to get in the pool because it was closed but we try to get it and that was the number one amenity I went for

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. My only complaint is the parking. They have 6 parking spots for the entire hotel. There is parking a block away in a parking deck and the cost is reasonable - $16/night. However, I did not see this mentioned in the description. Staff were very helpful.

The desk clerk overnight the last night we were there was sleeping on one of the couches in the lobby when we went outside at about 11:30pm. The pool is okay but only 5 ft deep. There are no swimouts, so ladies if you intend to sit and not get your hair wet while your kids play, you can forget that. The bartenders were fine but often we had to wait for them to come back to the bar because they were elsewhere. There was never anyone actually having dinner in the 330 grill. The location is good for access to downtown Canton, but extremely dangerous at night. As were the patrons of the hotel as well, possibly, because there were EMTs and armed fire Marshals escorting people out of the hotel while we were there. The room was clean and up to date, however, when the room's AC was off the room smelled musty and mildewy. And I'm done with Expedia. Hotels refuse to help you when you book third party. I couldn't even get a receipt when I checked out, "because Expedia."
