Staff were so kind and considerate.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest lodging facilities I have ever stayed in. It must not be that old, because it was spotless. Everything was first class about the rooms, breakfast, staff being friendly, etc. It was almost perfect.....except for one item!!! The pillows were terrible. They had zero support to them. Perhaps they have done studies that people want extrmely soft pillows, because these were almost too soft to call a pillow. It's like they had nothing in them. If you need a medium to firm pillow, or just a pillow with some support, then bring your own pillow. Perhaps we got a bad room for pillows, but they were awful. Everything else was as good as it can get.

Great stay! The frittata at breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. Best part about the stay, though, was Michael at the front desk! He was very helpful when we had a few questions about area restaurants and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Everything and everyone was amazing, thank yo for a wonderful experience!

The staff. The pricing was way too high for the type of hotel. With this type of pricing, there should have been valet parking and a restaurant.

I made the last minute reservations for 2 nights 1 night before arrival. I was then notified to cancel the reservations which I did at 11am on the first day of the reservation. I put in a request for full refund and as of this moment I have not been notified of the refund. Note, I will adjust this score once I receive a fair refund. Kelly Burns

Very good

We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay

Michael checked us in. He was very helpful and explained where and when breakfast would be both days of our stay. Charlotte helped us when husband spilled juice. She spoke to us and asked about our stay. We felt like she could be family. She even remembered our names the next morning! Room was far from elevator for husband with cane. However, we never asked for closer nor did we mention it to anyone at hotel so was our own fault.

The pool area was clean and so was the room. The carpets were also very clean. The desk person wasnt very welcoming. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Also, the rooms are dim. Maybe upgrade the light fixtures to allow more light.

Clean room, comfy beds, and awesome breakfast!! Tea with coffee in room and maybe thicker comforter.
