stayed before but its currently being remodeled with workmen and associated noises. breakfast service was problematic; needed additional kitchen staff

Everything looks great and also upgraded which is terrific. A lovely place though I wish these hotels would offer stronger coffee and less processed food at breakfast. Also they planted gorgeous flowers

The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, this is a basic hotel nothing fancy, no elevator, no magnifying mirror, no ice machine on the second floor. Given these things were not available I thought the hotel was overpriced. I like the town of Carbondale and you really don’t have any other options… they say the hotel is along the Roaring Fork River, which it is, you just can’t see the river! They do have a beautiful garden in the back where you can sit and watch the hummingbirds, that was my favorite part of this hotel!

This is a great hotel and super location for Aspen. They are doing a lot of outside work on the building, but it didn’t bother us too much. There is no gym, which was disappointing but my own fault for not reading the description well enough.

I stayed at CRbondale overnight. The room was clean, property was clean, good location, good breakfast, quite locality, nice view. My over all experience was great.

This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet photos or listings; they are highly misleading. Look elsewhere if you want a clean, functioning hotel.

It was a very comfortable place for us to relax and sleep after a long motorcycle ride

Ground floor room, but didn't hear a lot of noise from the floor above us. The suite is roomy with plenty of extra seating. The bathroom has plenty of counter space for cosmetic bags. The shower has good water pressure and nice hot showers. The grounds have great seating and a view of the river. Our room had two sets of windows and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't block light coming in from outside.

Our only real complaint was the shower flow was very minimal so getting a great hot shower didn’t happen.

Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.
