First off. I called before to update my information and asked that a room be away from the major a/c units and away from noisy areas such as the pool and highway. That was not communicated to the other desk clerks. I was put right next to the pool with kids and adults being loud after 10 pm and the noisy a/c unit. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. And right next to the elevators. I had to take my own trash out. I will be asking for a compensation of 1 day stay.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good. It is not far from Carlsbad Caverns National Park.

Room was ok. Bed was good and comfortable. Room clean . TV channel options were very good. Ac vent had visible build up. Shower head tile was cut out. We were next to elevator and on the 3rd floor (4 floors) noise was fairly loud rm 320. Medium size Stain on carpet between beds. Pool key pad faulty. Pool/ hot tub was clean and good for swimming. Parking sufficient.

This hotel was great for our trip to Carlsbad Caverns. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The hotel was clean, the pool was great, and the breakfast was good as well. I would recommend to others and stay again.
