Love this hotel and the staff is very nice and friendly! The place is well kept and always clean. The location is great for us, this is where we always stay when we travel to Carlsbad.
-
Absolutely the cleanest Choice hotel I have stayed at. I wanted to see more lighting in the parking lot to make sure vehicles are safe overnight.

First impressions a 10!!! Beautifully decorated for fall and smell amazing! The staff was all smiles and willing to help if needed and I did😂😂😂 The room was perfect!!! Also, loved that they offered fresh popped popcorn, Ice cold water, coffee and tea. Also cookies to boot 😃😃😃 We would stay there again in a heartbeat ❤️❤️❤️

Twice a day

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Nice sitting area and separate bedroom. They had cookies and popcorn every afternoon and the lobby was beautifully decorated for fall and felt very welcoming. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. A tasty selection of food. We would definitely return. The one drawback is that the hotel is at the far end of town but it was also a positive because it was quiet! The pool and outside areas were very well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Carlsbad New Mexico.

Comfortable rooms. Clean and nice reception and common spaces. Bathroom could use a little refreshing.

Staff was always very nice and helpful. Clean and inviting front entrance. Room was nice and clean. Our room was right over the entrance so we could constantly hear and feel the vibrations of the front doors open and close.

Very Clean and enjoyed the stay!

Everything was very clean. The lobby was decorated for fall and they have lots of snacks and drinks available for travelers, even freshly popped popcorn! Staff was very helpful to make recommendations of local attractions. The pool area is exceptionally unique and private.
