The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lots to do. Great hiking trails around. The main building "the lodge" where reception, restaurant and spa are is very nice, contemporary and well maintained. The issue is the rooms. We got a "vineyard oak studio with outside tub". The rooms are VERY dark and cavernous despite the sliding door window. The view is also mainly completely blocked by oak trees. Based on the layout of the property I don't think there is actual vineyard views, most are oak trees, which is great except it makes the rooms very dark. Don't expect to get the views from the marketing pictures, maybe there's just a couple like that. The rooms themselves are VERY tired. Think 2000's stripe brown carpet (questionable). A random sofa floating in the room. A tiny little "art" frame that goes with nothing on a huge wall...Can't possibly have been decorated by an interieur decorator worth that name. Outside chairs/cushions are destroyed. For those prices, the room feel more like a $199/night hotel at best. A renovation is WAY overdue to command those prices. We saw a different room in another part of property, which was the same. The rest of the property is lovely though.

Excellent Food, Nice Room and hiking trails in the area. When dining, I found I needed to ask for water for our dog 3 times before it arrived on 2 different occasions. When we asked to dine outside, we were told there was 15 minute wait, even though most the tables were empty. When dining with our dog, we were seated in an area restricted to mothers with babies, and pet owners, which was very loud and noisy and never asked if we wished to seat outside. When at the swimming pool, we were told to seat away from the hot tubs and close to the BBQ pits away from public.

The staff was so incredibly kind, and Chef Andrew created core memories for my family. The corral was also such a hit with the kids (and mom!). Would love to come back soon- highly recommend.

Fabulous location. Much for families/children. Food was excellent despite limited options. Great linens. Our room showed wear-time to refurbish. Bed too soft. Toilet paper too thin for such prices.

We were up in a bluff suites room. Nice view, deck with a soaking tub. It's a family-friendly, pet-friendly resort. Tons of activities for kids. The only thing not so great was room service. Didn't expect it to be fast because we weren't close to the lodge, but the food choices and the food itself was underwhelming. The restaurant food is good though!

Our booking had some extra requirements that we shared via booking.com chat but when we arrived to the venue, none were taken into consideration. Like they did not know about them. We did not bother and some of the we let slip. However, we were charged for them. Bad luck I guess.

The location is amazing. I am a golfer so this was one of the reasons we went there. But everything else was great as well. Family really enjoyed our stay. If you have small childreen, this is great place to spend your vacation. Many activities and they are all organized in great manner. It’s a little bit of a walk from place to place but beautiful. It would have been great if they had complimentary bikes.

The scenery area is very beautiful. From the garden, to the pools and surrounding area the place was very nicely maintained. Our room was spacious. It’s a little bit of a walk from place to place but beautiful. It would have been great if they had complimentary bikes.

Well the signs for the entrance was confusing and not properly laid out. The gate for where we stayed needs to be fixed but still closed and lastly I don’t mind being naked at all using the tub in front of the room’s outdoor patio at the entrance of the room; other guests who are shy probably won’t use it?

We had a lovely visit and may make our way here again sooner than we thought. It was absolutely exquisite!

Gorgeous setting. Fantastic rooms. Plenty to do. Quiet. Excellent food. A great escape. The check in process left a lot to be desired. But once checked in, it was wonderful.
