Only complaint I have is road noise from North Avenue stay on the 6 floor next to the Ford dealer so you hear a lot of traffic

The hotel was newly renovated. At check in I had to pay a $50 incidental fee that I was unaware of. It wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel online. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room did not have a microwave as stated online. The housekeepers did not come into my room or asked if towels or if anything was needed the 3 days of being there.

The room wreaked of mildew. Pillows were moist. Thankfully I was there only one night in that room (405)

Overall nice stay, clean room , good facilities, ample parking and good location.

Those people together the place is incredibly clean and the customer service that they give you is filled with love

In the area working and stayed here a few weeks. Super clean and newly renovated. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Breakfast was not as good as I had in other hotels.

I was quite happy with the condition and amenities offered. I particularly appreciated the 24 hour work out access. The breakfast had a good variety of selections and ample space to enjoy it. The water, coffee and apples were also a welcome greeting at the end of the days travel. The facility was clean, and there were plenty of outlets for recharging our electronic equipment.

Soon as we got into our room it smelled like dead animal or cat pee. The refrigerator wasn’t closing and the phone wasn’t working to call the front desk. The room was stale and the furniture was damp the entire time. The ac unit blew out dusty dry air that made my entire group cough, sneeze, and blow blood and dust out of our noses. I am ultra sensitive to allergens and staying in that room for 2 nights has caused me to get sick and everyone else has a plugged nose. I had friends come from TN to stay with my husband and I in that room, Theres no way all 4 of us got a random cold at the same time. I’m not convinced there wasn’t mold somewhere hidden in that room. Absolutely disgusting property and room that has caused me sickness.

Rooms and lobby have been recently remodeled and the property is well maintained. Breakfast is adequate for a free breakfast for the masses. Good location for a short visit.

This place is a wonderful place. Each time that I’m there, they out do themselves on service and quality.

I stay exclusively at Hampton Inn. This hotel is in disrepair. When you first walk in pieces of the façade are falling off exposed wires the landscape is nonexistent parking lot is cracking not happy with this stay
