The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers' Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday.

The hotel is the nicest lodging in the area. It is a beautiful setting with great views of the Bigelow Mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the beds were too firm for my liking. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Spacious room with a small refrigerator, microwave and Kuerig. Property was clean and staff was very friendly. We ate at the Bag & Kettle for supper and D'Ellies for breakfast. A little pricey but the food was really good.

The pool was very good, at the breakfast place the food was excellent. Sadly the chairlift did not work when we were there... The hotel area was quiet what we really enjoyed! The Canadian flag was in bad shape...

We had an amazing time staying in the resort. Our room was spacious and beautiful, the beds were comfortable, we even had a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and hospitable, the lady at the front desk was very nice. We also enjoyed the spa and the restaurant. We will certainly come back

We stayed at this ski resort hotel during the off season in order to go hiking. Because it was off season, the price was quite reasonable for what we got. The room was huge and included small kitchen counter and sink. Fridge was larger than many hotel fridges. Nice closet. Full size dresser. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that the only breakfast option is a sit down restaurant that is not open every day and doesn’t open early. There are are no coffee or donut places in town. This caught us off guard but was fine after the first morning. (We visited a grocery store). The pizza restaurant across the plaza was quite good. It was pretty much the only place open so we ate there two days in a row

It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.

Clean room, good food at 45 north and great hot tub.

We went there at the end of May in 2026 therefore not many guests at hotel. Google Maps led us up access road to the top of the mountain, which ended at a gravel road. Incorrect information on Google Maps. Staff (Harrison) was very helpful at front desk. Restaurant (45 North) was pricey, but our meal was good. Our standard room was rather small and cramped with no desk in room. The golf course was a very good course.

Hot tub was wonderful.

Stayed one night for the marathon. Hotel was comfortable and clean, decent value for the price. Staff were excellent- helpful and friendly. Biggest disappointment was the 45 North restaurant - very slow service (seemed understaffed), limited menu, mediocre food and high prices.
