The room was spacious and very clean, quiet and peaceful. I was very surprised nothing like i expected since I was their in 2008.My parents reside@256 South Dixie before passing away.Their was alot of riff raffle(shady people) living on the property, hanging out on.the balcony. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast outstanding. I would definitely stay their again and recommend it to others. Nothing

Worst Hotel experience ever. Dirty, full of bugs (cockroaches,spiders,insects), disgusting bathroom and not worth the $100.00 + per night. The ceiling was falling apart and nothing felt clean or safe. Never staying here again. Do not recommend.

They canceled my reservation because I lived within 50 miles of the hotel I had made a reservation with me and my dog so I had to go find another hotel

The place is a dump the staff horrible. Apparently if you or friends or family live within 50 miles they won't let you check in to an already booked and paid for room which is absolutely ridiculous. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. AND BOOKING.COM SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM ON THEIR SITE THEY SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE SITE!!!!!

It was clean and functional. That's it. Very kind front desk staff. room was way too dark. the arm chair old and should be changed.

The complementary breakfast was exceptional and thoughtful. Everything was fresh and much variety. My room was decent. The smoking was unbearable. Someone was lighting candles and smoking and the fumes were getting into my room. I'd asked the staff to change my room but they couldn't because supposedly there weren't any more rooms available yet I passed by several empty rooms that seemed available. Also, I asked for new towels and trash pick up the previous day, yet I didn't have any clean towels and trash piled up.

Location to my event. Room too small, no fan in bathroom , bathtub stained, front door was poorly insulated allowing much cold air into room, facility appeared to need repairs and attention.

It was fitting for the price, the desk lady was super sweet !!! Train goes by continually all night long
