Sleep Inn Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

We have stayed at this Hotel several times. we love it!

Breakfast was not great. It was the same exact thing every single day and they have those reconstituted powdered eggs that don’t even taste like real eggs and they had sausage that tasted like nothing but fat. I was hoping that maybe one day there would be a turkey sausage option or maybe a bacon option but it never changed. Luckily, you can easily walk across the street to Starbucks. A few things look a little worn down on the property, but maybe they’ll be repaired during the update that they’re working on.

Hotel was conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful indoor pool was nice. Did not realize it was pet friendly woke up to a barking dog

Breakfast was outstanding! Construction and no one cleaned the room.

The room was very comfortable but the hotel was undergoing s renovation. We were staying for two nights. We went to our room and glue was laid on the floor to our room door for installation of new carpet. We had to call the front desk and obtain a different room which had to happen immediately and was very Inconvenient. They should have closed the floor where the renovations were being done.

Great place to stay.

Location was perfect. Hotel was clean and staff were always friendly Parking was reduced from construction crew and there’s a Loves gas station right next to it so big trucks were coming in all day and night

Property is under construction with debris strewn around. Our room was renovated nicely. The lobby and breakfast area were also very nice.

Great staff. Very friendly staff but curtains and other parts of the room were a little dirty. Need deep cleaning. Not a bad stay though.

Need a better Washer/Dryer machines set up!

Nice hotel! My family and I stayed a few nights for our son to play at lakepoint. It’s right by the park and convenient to so much! The beds were comfy, breakfast was great, indoor pool was so nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank You!

We liked everything, the room was very spacious, it was very quiet, the staff was very friendly and kind. Close to many restaurants. Easy to find. Definitely will come back. There was nothing we didn't like.

The lady at the front desk was great. Food was wonderful.
