The location couldn't have been better. Very clean. Large TV. Refrigerator. Desk clerk was friendly, helpful, quick. no microwave. Very little desk space.

Breakfast was good. I would have liked a coffee maker in my room. And a frig with a freezer compartment. I took my lunch with me daily to the Convention and had no way of re-freezing my ice pack. The faux floor was dirty. When I walked barefoot, my feet were black!

This was my first stay at a TRU hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcomed and cared for.

The location is great! Perched on top of a mountain! Beautiful mountainous view. Quiet. I like that the location is not too far from downtown Cartersville. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and shops. To be honest, my family and I don’t have any complaints. Our stay was great! I would definitely return if we are back in the area.

Better gardening around the pool area instead of some dead bushes and maybe aTV or two by the pool for the sport heads
