Clean and pleasant stay

It was a fun hotel

Breakfast was poor

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

If those things improved, it would be a great place to stay.

Pero la temperatura se sentía tibia y el ventilador lo tienen controlado en una sola temperatura así que no pude ponerlo a mi agrado, solo pase una noche asi que no use los servicios ni tuve trato con el personal pero en la recepción fueron muy amables y rápidos, otra cosa además de la temperatura fue que el hotel huele mucho a insecticida para cucarachas y en el cuarto se sentía aun más fue desagradable

Pool n hot tub Restaurant. It is next to a very very very busy street. The outside door that was next to our room is very very loud when people would enter or exit the hotel

Nice place to stay in the area with reasonable price

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The décor had a charming vintage vibe, and the train whistles provided some unexpected nighttime entertainment. Unfortunately, the bathtub was a hairy situation—literally. It looked like housekeeping forgot to finish the job, and I wasn't quite prepared for a jungle expedition in the shower. A little extra attention to the bathroom would have made this stay much more enjoyable.

The room was cold. Very thin windows and walls. Could hear the train and traffic all night and morning. It was very loud. Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly helpful staff. Good value for the money

Our room was clean and staff were nice. Breakfast buffet is a bonus. Workout room has individual TVs on select equipment and towels. It was great.

As for the property, after driving all day arrived shortly before check in, charged me $ 20,, really??? Get to room. Must have interuped house keeping since there was dead bug on ice bucket lid. AC dripping water all over floor. Just not the Radisson standard I’m used to. Dennis was the highlight

-Room was clean, had plenty of towels. -Pool cleaned every morning, hot tub was on and looked clean, area surrounding it has a lot of room to sit or lay outside, with full sun from early in the morning until late afternoon. -Both front desk employees I interacted with were great; accommodating and friendly. Meh: -The 'smart fridge' was quite slow to chill anything I put in there, despite looking modern and nice. -Any water coming out of the tap was over 100 degrees in temperature. -Pillows were either too flat or too thick--nothing in between. -Some structural stuff in the room; floor had a large sinking area right in the middle, bathroom door frame was rusting and peeling away on the inside. Nit-picking: -Housekeeping came knocking just after 7am (including on weekends) unless I hung the do not disturb sign. -Free breakfast would've been better if there was more fruit available (I saw only a couple Apples each morning) or if it stayed open later than 9AM.

The maintenance was horrendous rust running down the back shower wall tub stopper rotted out diverter valve dripped all the time drywall and texture obvious signs of water damage never checked for moles or re-textured they just painted over it. I was charged two times for a deposit could not understand why because one of their staff members made a mistake will never stay there again would stay at Motel 6 first.
