location Gaps in flooring. Questionable door closure. Paint color (bright lime green). Torn curtains. TV didn't work. One overhead light, no lamps. Taped up broken bathroom window.

Location Everything but location

Nice people, basic room. Good for a brief stopover. Obvious the neighbors lived there but they were respectful to us and didn’t disturb. The place is dated and basic, but for the price it suited us fine.

Nothing Second worst hotel I never stayed at, the smell of stale vomit and cigarettes was so strong there was no way I was going to stay and breathe that in all night. The covers on the beds were old velour blankets that were used and abused. Cigarette butts crushed on the ground in front of all the doors. And transients living in the rooms did not make me feel safe to return in the dark after our going to the show we had tickets for. Returned the keys and left immediately. Cannot and will not ever recommend this place. The very thought of it being on Booking.com makes me ill.

It didn't look like a place I'd feel comfortable. Tight, small lot. Pot holes. Looked like it had permanent residents. Sign didn't match the hotel name on booking.com. it might have been fine, but it didn't look comfortable to me. I went to a nearby Comfort Inn maybe 60% more.

It’s quiet They didn’t mop the floors. The bathroom was good but the main floors wasn’t mopped. I like walking barefooted and I couldn’t in the room I was in.

Quiet Well I liked everything.

Price Room stank of pot smoke, color of room was an ugly green. Noisy neighbors and people outside. Hard to get to because of location

Close to my route The room smelled of tobacco. There was no suitcase stand.

Nothing The car with the smashed windows parked next to mine, the cover for the AC/heating unit lying on the floor and a lack of basic items (garbage can and shampoo)

The mattress

New shower. No heat whatsoever in the bathroom. Hairs (not mine) in the sink. No place to hang clothes. No night table with lamp, only harsh overhead lighting. The mattress was too hard. Neighbors were terribly noisy and walls were too thin. The morning manager was accommodating.

It was like a crack house . Filthy . Outside . Opened food , snacks . Car propped up on cement blocks . No hangers . One pillow , about thickness of a slice of toast . After I moved my stuff inside manager came and told me they were " not supposed" to book my room on line and they wanted me to move to other property 7 miles away . That was slightly better . Help!
