Property was clean and well maintained however the room we had on the first floor smelled very musty. Overall everything else was fine but I would recommend getting a room on an upper floor to avoid the musty smell which I assume was due to being on the ground floor and most likely on a concrete foundation.

Other than that disappointment we felt the staff was very nice and the accomodations were good.

The elevator had a persistent bad smell the whole stay. The cafeteria was a bigger issue. Over the entire stay I could almost never get a Starbucks drink, with only one exception, and could never get a drink from the bar since neither the barista nor bartender were ever around (ended up settling for the free regular coffee machine instead). One night I waited long at the counter while staff trained a new hire, seemingly ignoring me, and even after taking my order, service continued to prioritize training over actually making my food. Separately, self-checkout at reception charged me with no print-receipt option, and when I asked staff to print one for business expense purposes, I was told they couldn't, and by then my order had vanished from the screen so I couldn't even email it to myself (ended up paying out of pocket). Overall, the room was nice, but the service was disappointing. I likely won't be returning.

Room is clean and quiet

The room had a smell, but the food was good and the chef was very accommodating.

Quick overnight in town. Clean room & bathroom. AC worked in the room. Hallways were a little stuffy, but that's alright.

I arrived around 11pm, ready to rest after a long night of driving. I waited in the lobby 10 minutes with about woman who didn’t have any water in her room. The phone at the desk rang the entire time. It was obnoxious. All I wanted to do was check in and go to sleep. Several families joined in the wait. There was a line to check in 10 people deep before someone finally came to the reception desk. She was very unpleasant after arriving at the desk. The bed was hard and the sheets were itchy. I’d stay ANYWHERE else.

We stayed one night at this hotel. Room was fairly clean though there was some mold around the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and there were what sounded like little kids running around on the 4th floor that created quite a bit of noise and vibration. As anyone who has toddlers in their lives you know the excitement of a hotel stay so this wasn't a huge issue more of a reminder that if you are a light sleeper request a 4th floor room to mitigate the noise. We left around 8:30am and they had already stopped the breakfast because the cook wasn't feeling well. I am glad they prioritized health and safety.

Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again.

staff helpful. bistro adequate. hallways and rooms looking very worn. Showers particularly no up to the standard I expect at a Marriott property. I visit ~ monthly on business and am seriously considering staying in Columbia.
