The rooms are spacious and clean There’s no restaurant, no lunch, no breakfast, no room service. Just couple of vending machines which offers you chips and stuff. If you are looking for a hotel with good food, this one’s not for you. You need to travel atleast 4 miles or order food which will take atleast 1-1.5 hours to get it delivered

The day of checkout, unfortunately the elevator did not work so I had to take the stairs thankfully, I was only on the second floor. For the price, I guess the bathroom that we had definitely needed updating fixing everything was outdated. It didn’t smell bad so that’s a plus the bed to me was not very comfortable. My grandkids had a good time so that’s the main thing.

This has a great location across from the tennis center and close to the river walk trail. Couple really good breweries close by as well. Will stay here again!

Property was clean and well maintained however the room we had on the first floor smelled very musty. Overall everything else was fine but I would recommend getting a room on an upper floor to avoid the musty smell which I assume was due to being on the ground floor and most likely on a concrete foundation.

Other than that disappointment we felt the staff was very nice and the accomodations were good.

The elevator had a persistent bad smell the whole stay. The cafeteria was a bigger issue. Over the entire stay I could almost never get a Starbucks drink, with only one exception, and could never get a drink from the bar since neither the barista nor bartender were ever around (ended up settling for the free regular coffee machine instead). One night I waited long at the counter while staff trained a new hire, seemingly ignoring me, and even after taking my order, service continued to prioritize training over actually making my food. Separately, self-checkout at reception charged me with no print-receipt option, and when I asked staff to print one for business expense purposes, I was told they couldn't, and by then my order had vanished from the screen so I couldn't even email it to myself (ended up paying out of pocket). Overall, the room was nice, but the service was disappointing. I likely won't be returning.
