The Cairn Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The first room had a horrible smell- when reported to front desk we were moved to another (late arrival 11:30 pm) New room was ok Same as above.

A wonderful stay. Helpful friendly staff. Clean room. Working wonderful, hot tub. Delicious breakfast included. Convenient location. Walking distance to convenient store, and fast food. There is a Mexican restaurant on the premises with a wide variety of delicious dishes, alcohol beverages, TV to watch sports and friendly staff. They also have free tea and coffee. Thanks guys. It was a pleasure staying here.

Our stay was excellent!Our Room was clean and tidy staff are nice and of course breakfast was delicious!Highly recommended will plan to stay next time around.

Clean room. Very nice. Breakfast was a nice convenience. Curtain was broken in the room so it wouldn't close all the way. (Rm. # 126). That made me feel uncomfortable and let more light in the room than I would have wanted.

The pool was already closed for the season, but nobody told us that the hot tub was not and we didn’t know that that was still an option to use. We stayed for three days. With that being said, it would’ve been nice to have a dresser or somewhere to put some of my clothes other than working out of a suitcase. There was also nowhere to hang bath towels. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel is very close to several good restaurants.

Clean, well fitted, and up-to-date rooms. Great breakfast options with friendly and hard working staff. Excellent facility in all respects.

Big fluffy towels, hot shower with excellent water pressure. Icing on the cake? Starbucks served for breakfast!

Very nice room at a decent price

this is a vey new and modern hotel. it felt as though the room was never used by anyone else.,the hot tube was as expected warm and the jets were functioning. the staff very friendly. the attached restaurant (mexican) was delicious, as well as the wait staff.

This place was a mess. The pool was green and closed. When I asked the employee laughed and said they purposely lie about the pool. The pictures are from the hotel next door. The food was spoiled, like honestly rotten milk. The lobby was okay but once you go upstairs the carpet smells bad and you get a creepy feeling. We tried to check out early and were told they weren't keeping us prisoner and we could leave but we wouldn't get any money back...wow, what kind of statement is that!! Additionally, someone told me that multiple cars had been vandalized in the parking lot. Luckily our car was fine, but that didn't help is feel comfortable.
