This is not a hotel. It is a MOTEL! Nowhere in their listing does it state all rooms face the parking lot. The bathroom door in my room would not fully close and when I tried to shower barely a trickle came out of the shower head. I was forced to get a cup and fill it from the tub spout to rinse the shampoo from my hair. Then add in the vagrants drinking in the parking lot (loudly) all night long and it made for a very unpleasant stay.

There is a nice outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center with all new, well-maintained equipment. The onsite Mexican restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay.

Though in my visit construction upgrades were active, I didn’t hear any noise/expernc problems. I like the property. Standard rooms are spacey, clean, fridge/microwave. What was especially nice, is the attached restaurant (doesn’t allow take-away), but nice Mexican food, drinks if desired, & longer than typical in Cedar City, hours. The pool is lgr than most these days, staff was kind. Property doesn’t hv elevators-only stairs-so if physically challenged to carry yr stuff up steps (only inside), do rqst 1st floor. Zero complaints- I often stop enroute to SoCal, in Cedar City. I’d def return.

Most of the hotel has been remodeled and the remodeled rooms look nice. Sadly, guests have already smoked in non-smoking rooms, leaving behind a bad odor and making the rooms smell less than clean. Our first room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we immediately requested a 2nd room. It wasn't much better. Every time we entered the room we were dismayed by lingering bad odors. The beds are a bit on the firm side but comfortable enough, pillows were good. The AC unit kept the room cool which was nice and it was not too noisy if on low with the fan running. The breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast and was kept well stocked. It would have been nice if breakfast hours were a bit longer as there was not an option to sleep in and still have breakfast at the hotel.

This property was under a total renovation when we stayed there. That being said it was a delightful stay. Very good comfortable beds, very accommodating staff, nice clean rooms and basic but typical breakfast for this type of property. I recommend it even though it was not all put together yet.

The only thing I didn’t like is there were no elevators only stairs to the second floor, which could be a problem for the older guest and handicapped, so make sure and get a room on the first floor.

The room appeared to be recently remodeled although it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door didn’t fit well and you had to really push to get it shut. Overall the room was super clean and the beds were decent. The shower body wash was empty so I had to wash with shampoo. The light switch by the sink had a “night light” on it and so our room wasn’t very dark and the curtains let in a lot of light in the edges. Overall the room was clean and I would probably stay there again.

Convenient location. Clean, modern room. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent free breakfast. Ample parking. Everything we needed on our one night's stay. But they were doing construction which was loud and messy. A lil pain for future gain?

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Would definitely stay here again. Wish they had an elevator!

A/C unit wasn’t great and the beds were noisy. One person was on a bed that creaked and rattled with every movement, bottoms of bed were wrapped in a thin metal which added to the noise. Water was shut off with no warning to guests (for construction).

Currently under construction so the amenities where not available that should have been. Called front desk to get help with WIFI as no information was given on check in. Hold and hung up on for 20 minutes. Room was mostly clean but missing several basic items. Such as hair dryer and even a toilet paper holder. Rolls sitting on toilet tank. Microwave had major issues and we were told to "Unplug it" which you would have to move the entire cabinet it is in to do so. Breakfast.......Barely an hour into breakfast time, no food left. No staff around, we even went looking for them and called out and couldn't get them. What was left in a few of the containers was 3 shriveled sausages and a few hashbrowns in a standing grease bath. The second morning breakfast was the same. Also was woken up 7: 40 by construction crews close to our room beginning work. Couches and Bed in our room were some of the most firm furniture I have had to try to use. Sadly I could not recommend this to anyone. Even after speaking to staff I was given the "I'm sorry" but no offers of help or hope of things being changed.

Pool was closed, construction in the lobby, terrible breakfast, worst room. It was super small no place to put two suitcases, hard to close the bathroom door because it was tiny. People were nice but not a good place to stay

Advertised that there is a hit and pool. Part of the perks. I wass specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub and pool. I get there, tons of construction is going in. That's fine. Then the pool and hot tub are closed. False advertisement. If you have construction and your perks are closed, put that on your damn page!!

Stayed here for the pool. Only after checking in were we told it was closed.
