An indoor pool is available at Cedar Rapids Convention Complex DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. A 24-hour fitness center is provided, and every guest receives a chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. The Paramount Theater can be reached in 6 minutes’ drive. The Eastern Iowa Airport is 9 miles away. We’re excited to announce guest room renovations beginning December 1, 2025, estimated completion: April 1, 2026! Your comfort remains our priority—noise will be minimal and limited to the renovation floor. All amenities, including 350 First and the pool, will remain open and fully operational.

Except for the fact that one queen bed smelled of urine and the other had wet sheets when we arrived, place is adequate. Overpriced

Everything was great with the hotel (the updated rooms were a nice touch) and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

problem was that the parking is totally inconvenient. We likely would not stay there again for this reason.

I really loved everything about the stay except for the shower. There wasn't any hot water, and I stayed for three nights. It would have been nice to have a hot shower at least once! Other than that, the food is great, the people are great, and I loved my time!

Hotel was in great shape. Everything downtown was walkable. The only downside was parking across the street.

My stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and my room was clean and well maintained.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and clean in a great area. The beds were super comfortable and had a great night’s sleep.

Couldn’t even use the pool because a baseball conference was there and kids were everywhere splashing and screaming. Not one spot in the pool for my family . If there is something like this going on, other guests should be told ahead of time so guests can book elsewhere and enjoy their stay.

De’ondre at the front desk went above and beyond in hospitality. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and property quiet, despite it being right down town. It was in walking proximity to many restaurants as well as having good food in house. The AC was not quite dependable, with the temp fluctuating but that’s our only complaint.
