Everything was good except for the room being a bit small and not having a microwave

Attendants were unpleasant, smoked right outside the doors, and ran out of food before 9am.

Took care of my noise concern quickly.

Perfect small but clean quiet room. Washer and dryer came in handy since this was a baseball trip only 10 minutes to Prospect Field

Once I finally received a key and went to my room, I discovered that the room only had one bed. This was especially frustrating because I had reserved a room with two beds on January 1, 2026, for my stay on July 25, 2026. When I returned to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel had overbooked its rooms and that the one-bed room was my only option if I wanted to stay at the Sleep Inn. After dealing with all of these issues, we ended up running late for the concert we had traveled to attend. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at any Choice Hotels properties again. Lesson learned.

Normally a great spot, somewhere I stay whenever I am in the area. However, the room I was at this stay smelled SO BAD. It was like a mixture of pee and must. I asked if I could change rooms, but the hotel was sold out that weekend. Hopefully this was just a one time experience.

Not much No coffee first day and watery.. hot food was cold so could not enjoy breakfast. Very musty and stained bedding. Wish I could get some of my money back.

specifically the air conditioner was blowing out very musty air and the sprinkler system in the bathroom ceiling was complete rust.

Clean room ac was cold friendly staff

The location was the reason i picked this hotel and the availability of the room. It did seem older than the pictures. The stay was only one night so it worked

This motel is tucked away and a bit hard to find down what looks like an alley. It is in a good location with a number of places to eat and shop close by. My room wasn't serviced even once during my stay; they kept coming at 9:00 a.m., and I wasn't out of the room yet. It wasn't too bad. The breakfast was very good; the microwave and fridge worked fine.

My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. Told Manager about the bathtub and quilt and that I wanted a new CLEAN quilt. She said no problem. Housekeeping Supervisor was standing there and apologized saying she would make certain it was taken care of. Their solution I didn't get ANY quilt!! Had to go get one and make my own bed. Dining area was discussing dirty. Outlets didn't work with food dirty/sticky grime on the tables and around the toaster/ microwave and everywhere. Don't even know what yuck was in the microwave!! There were holes in the entryway walls next to dead bugs along with cigarettes buds. I was told my complaints needed to go to Expedia so here you go. Pay the extra $ stay somewhere else.
