Everything was great, but I wouldn't recommend a Friday or Saturday night stay. I was kept up all night long from other noisy people staying there. Saturday night I basically got no sleep, but it was wonderfully quiet on Sunday night. Otherwise the place was great, nice breakfast layout, pool ( though I didn't use it do to all of the children and people in there). So if I needed a place to stay I would again just not those two nights!

Interestingly, the Cedar Rapids area is building some data centers and as a result there are many “workers” who come to CR to work on the construction of these data centers. This hotel takes full advantage of supply/demand and uses “dynamic pricing” to manage this change in demand. Basically, the same room had significantly different prices depending on the day of the week…if the workers were in CR or not!

Room was clean, hotel was quiet. Rooms are very minimalistic which was ok since we just stayed overnight, basically needing beds to sleep in. Staff friendly, breakfast just ok. I would stay again

Very helpful when we needed a wheelchair accessible room. Followed up later to make sure it was satisfactory. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Great, convenient, super clean hotel near downtown Cedar Rapids, easily accessible with plenty of parking. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the local suggestions of things to do on the white boards in the lobby! nothing. great budget stay.
