Chautauqua Harbor Hotel - Jamestown

Luxury experience, worth the extra cost.

Everything was great, the only complaint was the bed that was uncomfortable for us mainly because we are used to our adjustable beds because of our old bones,ha ha but we managed to work it out.

The hotel vastly exceeded expectations in every way. It is truly a 5 star experience. The hotel has massive lakefront and is incredibly well maintained. The service is well above a normal hotel. If I had known how nice it was I would’ve planned a longer stay. I can’t wait to go back

This hotel was outstanding. It was perfect for our girls weekend trip. It is beautiful outside sitting around the fire pits and watching the sunset. We enjoyed everything about this hotel.

It is a wonderful hotel overall. I paid extra for a balcony king and ended up with a first floor room with a patio facing the parking lot, not the lake. Although disappointed, at least it was too chilly to sit outside in the evening anyway.

Beautiful and service excellent! Our bathroom smelled of urine. It was a handicap shower… needed bleach. I wiped it down with disinfectant wipes and it was better.

The location was perfect but unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying everything you offered outdoors The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Absolutely beautiful There was nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property, great views, it is pricey, I do highly recommend this hotel.

The room was pleasantly decorated, spacious and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when asked for help and directions. The dining room/bar had reasonably priced meals, food was very tasteful and cocktails well made. It was a fun and enjoyable experience.

The facility and views are beautiful. Staff couldn't be nicer. My room however was not clean. My floor was dirty and full of debris. The nightstand and the table had sticky cup rings. And the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. I didn't complain, but for the price you pay for a night here, you would expect a more clean stay.

This hotel was excellent!! Well maintained with two full bars, restaurant, workout room, 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor and a working jacuzzi!!! The restaurants are a bit pricey but they have great food! Teas and coffee are served each morning on each floor which was appreciated! The lake view is well worth your money. There is really nothing bad to say about this facility however we noticed a lot of yellow-jackets there so remember your Benadryl and epi pen if allergic.

Clean room. Nice place to eat. Spotty WiFi. Close to the two Lucy statues. One is pretty good and the vetametavegimin statue is bizarre.

Beautiful location! Great staff. We had problems with our room being hot.
