not enough towels for 4 people. other than that room was great, clean comfortable

What I didn't like was breakfast with no type of meat. Eggs and biscuits but no sausage, bacon ham nothing. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay again if visiting the area.

Room was so clean and modern, breakfast was hot and good with a decent amount of options, the saltwater pool was great and get kids loved not smelling like chlorine…10 minutes from dorney park. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there.

All amenities were available and close to everything Rooms weren’t super clean

A newly renovated hotel that was extremely clean and nice. Room was quiet and spacious with good internet. Breakfast was good with several options. would stay here again.

Only 2 of us did not eat in the room so no extra garbage from food takeout Placed used towel on floor as directed onthe shower door if you wanted clean ones was gone from 7am to 7pm Got no towels. Then had to go get them from the front desk because there was only one employee working Toilet paper ran out For $557 for 2 nights should have been better service And less not forgot garbage cans not emptied out and we’re full and we were gone most of the day

Can't complain. It looked and felt awesome! Check-out was 12pm which I like. And the outside seating and tables was so cool! My room was very office like but that's not always a bad thing. The little treats near the front of desk was refreshing. Wish I could explore more! Affordable and totally worth it! Stellar experience! Maybe the entrance wasn't so obvious but that could just be me.

Clean and well maintained. They appeared to be doing upgrades during our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel obviously was undergoing renovations. There was a strong odor of adhesive in the hallway on fourth and fifth floors. At 3:30 pm hallway was cluttered with dirty linen.

Everything and everyone was perfect. If i had to complain this is my only one more variety with breakfast.

It’ll probably look good when done. But full construction with plastic covering front desk, workers taking all elevators to move furniture, especially during check out on weekend is poor planning. Just close and do your renovation. See above. Breakfast staff was rude. Didn’t even reply to good morning. Waiting for elevator for 25 minutes to check out. Had to lug kids and luggage down 5 flights of stairs to leave. Sad way to run a hotel.
