Nice staff clean room

The front desk services area was poorly organized and the staff was not very friendly or eager to help incoming guests. We were pulled out of line for quicker service and the rep who pulled us out simply disappeared. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to help us after we had lost our spot in line. The person who showed up to help us was also not very eager to help and had an attitude the entire time. Very unpleasant.

All the activities, slides, wave pool, kiddie pool nice and warm! Great restaurants and cocktails! The arcade was really fun and the dance party at night was special for the kids! We will return, but stay a little longer as we packed in ALOT in 24 hours! Kristine E, Auburn WA

Todo estaba muy bien. Pero respecto a mi última visita los precios han subido considerablemente. El parking no esta incluido en la estancia, a si que guarda ese extra. No se si vuelva a visitar.

The room was clean and my grandkids had a great time. The area that needs cleaning is the stairway. The negative for me was the strong chlorine fumes. My eyes nose and throat were affected by it. It took a few days for my eyes and throat to feel better. I understand why so much chlorine is needed, but I will probably not go back due to this.
